I also purchased a lock and insurance plan with the company (both are needed - just FYI for first timers. It was an additional $12/month for the insurance, at least for my unit). The facility itself is really nice. It seems really clean and well cared for - which I appreciate. I like that the units are accessible from the inside and that after you've input your code you can just drive your car right into the secured facility. Our things were dropped off. The thing is that NONE of my things were even picked up from my storage unit. It turns out they stole someone else's belongings from the same facility! They charged us for stealing another person's possessions and held it hostage for payment from us! They didn't even do the job that they were hired to do to begin with!!! I reported it to the company and was told management would follow up. They never did. The company's response was simply that the mover claimed I was "flirtatious" (False) Their original response was that he had a wife and kids so he wouldn't do that then changed their tone to accuse me of being flirtatious Whether a customer is friendly or not does not make it acceptable for an employee to use personal information obtained through work to contact customers privately. A reason why women can't feel safe anywhere anymore. The lack of professionalism and accountability was disappointing.
