The icing on the cake is, the people who work here are rude, sarcastic, patronizing and don't lift a finger to help. I am mildly--but clinically, with the papers to prove it-- learning disabled, and when I requested that someone SHOW me how to get to the other elevator (because the main one was broken AGAIN) she laughed and said, "It's REALLY not that hard" without moving an inch. THE KIOSK WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND SAY YOU PAID NOTHING. DONT LET IT CYCLE OUT. CLICK YES WHEN IT ASKS IF YOU NEED MORE TIME. you can always pay over the amount and it will go to the next month. luckily when I paid at the kiosk and the kiosk timed out because I didn't have the exact amount. when I reentered the portal it said I paid nothing when I was a few dollars short. I called the office and they checked the kiosk for me and I was able to pay the correct amount the next day.

After 10am they seem to be unlocked but I don't know the official hours and I've ever seen anyone in the office so...? The unit was not climate controlled even a little bit, it was very hot in there, but otherwise it was a good experience for my very short storage needs (about 3 months)

The DTLA Team is incredibly rude. The employee yelled and hung up the phone when I questioned why I…read morehave been doubly charged. The response was that I paid late in the past and now I have paid on time, and in advance, which is "a good thing". I never authorised and was not imformed I paid in advance. This was uncovered from receiving an email to pay again within five days of a previous payment. The manager then said his employee is well within their rights to hang up on me and there are no advance payments, I'm up to date. They refuse to refund me and will not answer my emails asking why there are 8 charges covering 6 months of the year. Management claims if I pay late and then on time in the same month, the charges will be allocated twice in that month, but not cover the said month? Absolutely unacceptable!
