Despite the rules indicating that units are prohibited to be used as residences, the manager turns a blind eye to the activities. You cannot even utilize the restroom at the facility if you arrive at the facility at 6am, until the office opens and unlocks it because the homeless that live there will either sleep in the restroom or mess it up (bathing, etc).

They made sure we were signed up for the online internet special (thanks Yelp/Google!), walked us through insurance options, helped us choose the right space, and had us all set the same day. Super easy, zero stress. Fast forward about a year and a half later, we called to ask about cancellation. To our surprise, they remembered us right away. They talked us through timing and options, and we decided to use the final month to move everything out and sort through boxes. When we came in to wrap things up, they already had our account pulled up and let us know everything was good to go. They were incredibly sweet from start to finish.
