Surely you can find a better place than Miximum RV to store your vehicle. I've stored mine in many different places in the last 10 years, maybe 20 different places. This was the worst experience I have ever had (almost all are good). There's a one-time registration fee which could easily have been disclosed on their website and told to me on the phone when I reserved my space. You learn about it only when you arrive and likely have no other option. And it makes sense that they would have to charge you for that because of the lengthy contract you have to have explained to you and agree to. It far exceeded my expectations in a bad way. All of this is for their benefit, not yours. Ask how long it will take to do the paperwork at checkin (they told me 15 minutes), which would be about right if you didn't read the 18 pages. And you'll be signing away rights, like to seek relief in court, that's what it's about. When I was ready to leave 3 vehicles near to me were over the lines (presumably in violation of their contracts) preventing me from leaving until one of them was removed. After leaving I requested compensation for my inconvenience in writing - specifically refund of the second month's prepaid rent which hadn't even started because I wouldn't return after that fiasco. Maximum RV replied that I had agreed in an advance that they would not be held responsible for anything that happened and that there would be no refund for anything ever. The process was very simple, professional, and quick! Tiffany was great to work with and she has an awesome spirit. After not being able to store our UTV for 3 days at a originally called place ( they were closed!) we had to scramble to find another location. thank you Angel!!! we called Maximum RV and she couldn't have been more helpful or friendly. The place was super clean and very secure. She also made the whole process super easy! Will definitely call her again if we come to Vegas with our side by side again. We stored our 2020 travel trailer at maximum RV and had an excellent experience all around! Facility: Clean, secure, well-lit, organized. Price: Very fair! They were lower than another facility we called who happened to not have space for us. So glad we found Maximum instead! Customer service: Victoria and Tiffany were genuinely friendly and very helpful. Our plans changed a couple times, yet they were happy to accommodate us. Communication was timely and professional. We set up our reservation and everything via phone and email. We're new to RVing, our plans kept changing, yet they really just helped make our first storage experience really positive! Instead of calling to check out, I actually chose to go into the office to meet and thank them in person. Such excellent service! Thank you, Victoria and Tiffany! Have had my RV in a double spot for the last 4 1/2 years. Never had a problem with my storage and the people are very nice. Lowering my review based on price. In the 4+ years my site has went from $55 for each spot, to $100 for each spot with fees. That's almost a 100% increase. I like it here but I had to move on read more

Ive been traveling in my RV and needed to fly home for a medical appointment and they were willing to accommodate me for a short 7 day storage of my rig. Everyone I had tried told me no! I am so so grateful for their willingness to say yes, and a with joy and a no worries we got you attitude to boot. I would highly recommend them and will definitely store my RV there again when I'm in the area. read more

BEWARE!!! Do not store your RV or Boat here. They may offer you great rates to get started, but within the last 6 months they have increases our rates by almost 30%. The staff is increasingly unprofessional, especially when you pay your fees on time, and way ahead of schedule. They do not care about customer retention, nor do they care about customer service. Forget getting a return phone call when you have a question, and forget about prompt responses when you send them emails. Additionally, if you pay ahead and they raise your rates, you do not have an option to move your rig, unless you want to loose the money you've paid them. They are money gouging crooks. read more

We recently moved to a new house with an HOA, so we had to store our travel trailer. Maximum RV was recommended, so we made a call a couple of weeks ago to inquire about price and available space. They were lower than another facility we called, and their customer service was great, so we scheduled to take our trailer down that weekend, but unfortunately things did not go as planned. Well we finally got our trailer ready, didn't call ahead and hoped they still had a space availb. Tiffany was SO friendly and ready to help us. It's only been a couple of days, but so far so good. Walked in and was treated great considering I walked in 5 minutes before closing. Spaces are reasonably priced. Access hours are good and the Hardware store next door has anything you might need. The manager keeps an eye on what goes on and lives on property. Very friendly. read more

DO NOT PARK YOUR RV HERE. This RV lot is in a terrible neighborhood and is NOT secure. There is a short wall around the perimeter but it is not secured and only has barbed wire on one side. There are no cameras over a good portion of the lot and thieves have already cased the area. We have stored our RV and Truck in this lot and have now been broken into twice with someone breaking out the windows in our RV and breaking out the window in our truck. The people parked next to us had their RV broken into twice. The owners take no liability and provide no compensation at all for any damage, theft or loss so your property is your responsibility. I was told there was no cameras in the area my RV was parked, so too bad we'll never know who did it. The only saving grace was that the gun hidden in our truck wasn't found or stolen. Otherwise, the owners collected my rent every month and did absolutely nothing to secure their customer's property. To the owners: why don't you consider the neighborhood and employ security instead of collecting other people's money and doing nothing to protect their items. Just a bit of advice. read more

did a lot of business with this company my boats rv etc now with new owners came higher prices horrible service and new restrictions that certainly don't suggest they are in business for the sake of the customer but stuck chasing the almighty dollar i would advise you to spend your money elsewhere but mostly to the new owner you own a crusty dirt parking lot in one of the worst neighborhoods in town it might be in best interest to play nice with community that supports you read more
