We have a storage unit at this location. On 3/29/2026 my family were bringing two pickup trucks we loaded up to put in storage. We pull in and start to unload and a lady by the name of Sandra came out hollering at all the customers that were unloading there cars & trucks had to be at least seven people she was yelling. What are you doing we are closed and I said it says 6:00pm on Sunday's and it's only 5:00pm! Well we are closed and if you all use the elevator your going to get stuck and have to call the police to get you all out! So either Public Storage needs to fix your information or Sandra wanted to skip out early? But at the end of the day Sandra needs a little more customer service training! Rent Keeps Going UP! I have been trying to move to LV and put my stuff in a 10x10 unit. I initially paid around $160 and after 4 years I will have to pay $340 per mo. I live over 500 miles away and can't afford to get to LV, otherwise I would go there and move my stuff elsewhere. They got me over a barrel. It is really difficult when you are on a retired income. My husband and I stopped by this Public Storage location on April 26, 2025 around 4:00 p.m., and had a really great experience thanks to Sandra and Moneh. We had to drop some items off and take some home with us and needed to use the restroom--and they were both so friendly, professional, and kind in allowing us access. It might seem like a small thing, but that level of courtesy and respect goes a long way, especially when you're running errands and dealing with moving or storage stuff. This has been the worst customer service and storage experience of my life. My unit was located on the second floor, and on three separate occasions when I rented a moving truck (over $100 each time) to move my belongings out, the elevators were broken. Each time, I arrived prepared to move, only to be told "sorry, there's nothing we can do." Because of these elevator failures, I was forced to extend my rental another month. Adding insult to injury, I was then charged not only another month's rent but also a late fee and was even threatened with a lien on my unit--despite the fact that it was physically impossible for me to move my belongings due to their equipment being out of service. The property and amenities were unsafe and unreliable. The elevators were constantly broken, and on one occasion I became trapped on the second floor. The only exit was a stairwell that led to an outside area surrounded by a tall locked fence. I was completely trapped, and repeated calls to the office went unanswered. Eventually, someone in my group had to scale the 8-foot fence to get help. This situation was a serious safety hazard and likely a violation of fire code. The condition of the equipment and lack of response from staff made the property unacceptable and unsafe. I called and left multiple messages for the district manager, and not once did I receive a call back. The complete lack of accountability and customer service is unacceptable. Public Storage's failure to maintain working equipment cost me hundreds of dollars in wasted moving truck rentals, forced me into another month of charges, and then penalized me further with fees. This is borderline predatory and feels like theft. I strongly caution anyone considering renting here to think twice. Equipment reliability and customer service matter when your belongings are involved--and this company failed on both fronts. I am pursuing this further with the Attorney General's office, as no customer should be treated this way. read more

If you want to NOT be able to get your belongings from your storage? Then this is the place for you! If you want to think your facility is open till 9 PM and it isn't? Then this is ALSO the place for you! Looking at the website, I see it still says they're open till 9 PM. They are not. Which is in itself very inconvenient. I traveled 10 hours to help my daughter move in Vegas. We got to the storage after our long drive and we were able to get one load and then they told us it was closed. The elevators stop working and the doors lock you out and everything. So we came back the following day thinking we had till 6 PM, guess what? Then it was closed at 5 PM....absolutely ridiculous. If you want to change your hours? Make it known so people don't waste their time going there. Or waste of money storing their stuff there that they have no access to when they need it! Not only that, we had a truck parked inside the building, trying to load our stuff. The elevators stopped working, and the girl from the office told us they were closed and went back to the office. Knowing we were gonna have to go get her just so she could punch in a special code to open the door so we could just get out! Five minutes before that we witnessed her giving two individuals a cart to move their stuff, also knowing they were closed! We saw the girls trying to get on the elevator and we told them they're closed. They said she just gave us this cart? We said we don't know why, because they are closed you won't be able to access your storage. To top it off, I called the 800 number to find out what was going on with the hours. The customer service told me they are open till 9 PM to which I had to tell them....No they're not. They're closed at 5pm! The customer service people were surprised and thought there had been some kind of mistake They connected me with the actual facility to which no one ever answered the phone. Next thing you know I open the lock and there is someone else's stuff in my unit. HOW THE HECK??? That is absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional!!! This place is a JOKE!!!! The sign on is great at a great low price and now within a year we are up to over $300 a month. I have no issue paying this to store our belongings and I get that they are providing a service, however... In the past year the drive thru gates have remained broken!! Access is difficult to get in and out if you are using a moving truck. The app only works a part of the time to access the elevators. Elevators have gone out while in the basement area, staff line is "you can use the stairwell" Try hauling furniture up a stairwell. Last week tried to go get our Christmas items out of Storage, returned 3 x to get it. First attempt the app didnt work to the elevators. Second attempt the elevators were down, third attempt elevators are still down and told that it wouldn't be repaired until later in the week. Made a call to Corporate regarding this, was told that they would let the District manager know, as if the manager doesn't already know this place is $#!+ Hole!!!!! So we are now paying $300 a month and dont have reasonable access to our belongings. A Stairwell is not reasonable access for Units located in the Basement especially for older individuals. Never rent here, broken equipment, burglary. Terrible!!! Giving a 2 start only because it was nice at one point . Must be new people now. You will never ever get a piece of mind here. They do too much!!!. The price has went up on me three times in one year . If anything, you should reduce rent after a year. This Public Storage facility is a nightmare. 1. The roll up gates to the enclosed loading area are ALWAYS broken. The two times I was able to drive in to this area the gates closed behind me and would not open back up to let me out. Me and my car were stuck in there for quite a while. 2. I was in the basement when the elevator stopped working. I took the stairs, exited via the stairwell and ended up outside in the rear of the facility. It is completely fenced in with no way out. I had to crawl on my belly under the fence to escape. Then I was again unable to open the gate to get to where my car was parked. 3. While unloading items in my storage unit, someone threw a large brick through my car window which was parked in the enclosed loading area (both gates were closed at the time). He stole my purse, wallet etc. 4.There is NO SECURITY here. Only enough to lock you in the facility with a criminal. This is a dangerous and dirty place. There is always broken glass and trash all over the parking lot. 5.The loading area is a terrible design even if the gates work. It gets congested and almost impossible to move your things around the cars and trucks parked right next to the building. 6.There are a total of 3 carts for the whole facility. But they are only available during office hours and only if you leave your drivers license on the counter in order to use one of the 3 carts. Management has not returned my calls. There are no emergency numbers posted if you should get locked inside like I did. I do not recommend PUBLIC Storage AT ALL. I will say that the girls in the office are friendly and polite and I'm sure none of this is their fault. Terrible management. Awful place. read more

Renter Beware: You rate will increase!!! I was there and in less the. 4 months my rate went up $80. I asked the simple question when I was there about other people reviewing about rate increases. Lei (the property manager) said if it increases to let her know and she will get it back down. When it went up I went to her and she said I said I would try but there was no promise. She just smiles at you with the kick rocks attitude. Another renter said they doubled her rate so this seems like a common practice. The doors are always broken. For the 7 months I was there both doors were never working. When asked every time it was we are waiting on parts. It doesn't take months to get parts. Rarely do I have negative interactions and Yelp about it; however, I had to for this facility. One word sums it up; TRASH. The initial amount I paid in November was $95, then $26.03 in December, then $71 for January thru April, then rent increased to $80.10 which they claimed I got a discount price. I have had a pleasant interaction with the man that works in the office; although I don't go in there often. Today I went in to find out if I could get into the unit; even though I am paying late this month and am unable to get access via my app. Mind you, I could've just walked through the office and gone up to the unit and did what I needed to do. This is what I get for being a rule follower. Check it out. I go in and ask about the access since I was unable to get in via cell phone. This so-called Customer Service Rep, Jayce started spewing out information, like if you don't pay by the 15th then your unit is double locked and if you still haven't paid by next month there will be a lien on the unit and it will go to auction. She then said that it would be considered trespassing when you're rent is late so you are trespassing when you follow other cars in, go through the office to go into your unit, etc. She then told me that I could go into my unit today but any other day, if the unit isn't paid up to date, would be considered trespassing. This is all after I told her when I anticipated paying. It's considered trespassing today, but she says I can go to my unit today? Make it make sense! When I wanted her name and the name of the District Manager, she told me to leave after a remark of "a thank you would be nice", and some faux posturing. Then she said she was calling the police and I concurred that she call them since she felt a fleeting sense of superiority. Long story short, as I'm collectively putting things together so I'm not wasting any other energy on this trash but in short, save your money and pursue other facilities in town that provide better and consistent customer service. Went in to load up some stuff in my storage next thing you know the lights turn off and I'm Locked in. Phone had no service since I was underground so I had to find the emergency exit finally after I make it out the facility in the very back I make it to the gate so I can get back In my car turns out since the facility is closed I can't get back into my car. I call the number on the pinpad that says if you need help after hours to call and brenda over the phone was very rude. She tells me she can't help me get back to my car and that I have a goodnight then she hangs up and won't answer. Had to leave my car over night and walk home. Online system is very user friendly to use and check yourself in with and have really good prices. The units are pretty big. Now when you get to this location they only have 3 carts for the whole facility which is horrible. Made moving in that much harder. The elevators wouldn't work half the time and got stuck in them multiple times. They need more carts available to customers. read more

Only having carts during business hours is my first complaint. As a smaller person, it's tough to load and unload a storage unit one item at time. After paying a small fortune for a 5x10 my husband and I quickly realized that we needed as bigger space to move out a house that was closing escrow. My family was already being displaced between the current rental & securing a new rental so we didn't have time to wait to upgrade to a 10x10. Three days of calls and 4 trips to the storage unit and I am still renting a uhaul to hold my remaining items because 1. No one answers the phone 2. the employee on site doesn't know how to prorate and upgrade without additional charges & refuses to contact manager for additional help. I refuse to pay public storage for 2 unit's when I only need one. The elevators are awful, which makes this cart-less adventure even more ridiculous. Do not rent here. I just sat here for over 10 minutes waiting for someone to open the door/gate to get in. Despite knocking and calling, it still took that long for someone to simply come out to push a button. They know it's broken but still take that long to open it. People will use all 3 dollys at a time without caring about anyone else maybe needing one too. Once you pull into the "snow tunnel"... good luck getting out and not getting stuck behind other cars.
