From the shop to my home to new home and back to shop, it was under a mile. $75 for what? Honestly after calling to complain about the fuel charge and nobody from their office returned my call. In good faith, they could have reversed the fuel charge knowing they were ripping me off by the hourly charge to begin with. So now we won't be using this company in the future sadly.

Then showed up to move 3 items for an "internal move" Even though it was 2 separate addresses . Already docked me an hour for just the drive up (how was lunch? I saw the one guy eating chick-fil-a) When I called they said north Scottsdale wasn't movers . It was more of an office space . So that was a lie too . When they told me they could do it in 2 hours I was pleased but reminded me drive back would take time too. I'm just curious how it took an hour to get to me when it's 11 miles away ? So I sent them home . And now paying the $360 for no work being done and a headache. I'm almost glad I did because I'm sure they would have charged me way more . Also heard horror stories from the haul company I ended up scrambling to use . Saying two men and a truck are banned from the property for multiple reasons but the cherry on top is when they denied damaging U-Haul property while it's on camera.

I needed to get my household goods out of their storage quickly to stop the situation from getting worse. Just-In Time Moving was gracious enough to fit me into their schedule last minute. Their office was communicative, their estimate was thorough and clear, and the final bill matched what they estimated. The crew showed up on time, communicated throughout the day, and was professional, careful, and kind. This was not a simple move. They had to unload my furniture and belongings from storage crates, unwrap items that had been wrapped by the prior mover, take care with everything, rewrap my furniture, load it, transport it, and unload it into my new storage unit. They completed the entire job in 7.5 hours. By comparison, the prior mover had tried to bill me 16.5 hours for the move into storage alone. Just-In Time Moving did a fantastic job, and I am extremely grateful they were willing to help me on short notice. After the experience I had before them, their professionalism, clear communication, and honest billing meant everything. My advice to anyone hiring movers: read all reviews carefully, do not take online ratings at face value, check whether the company is listed with moversaz.org, review BBB ratings, and read how the company responds to 1-star and 2-star reviews. Jeff and his crew (Roy, Matthew & Aidan) came up with a solution for me that was very workable. They came out 2 days before the move and completely loaded up a U-Haul. They came back 2 days later with their truck and loaded up the balance of my property, moved both trucks to my new location and unloaded both. These guys worked like dogs, but very efficient and friendly dogs! They were extremely careful with my stuff, and the only thing that got broken was a piece that I transported myself. I should have let them do it. They came in under what their original time / cost estimate was.
