So if the drivers are 30 minutes from your house, you're paying $160 just for their drive time. Aside from pricing our experience was horrible. We used them because we were in a time crunch. When the two guys showed up, we headed over to our new house to prepare. When they showed up to the new house I asked "Is the old place empty?" And they replied "Yep everything is done". They proceeded to unload into the new house and I signed some documents and paid them. We leave on vacation and get a message from our old landlord that the old place isn't empty. It's actually pretty full. There's furniture and boxes everywhere. It's like the movers got sick of moving and just left. We had to pay an extra months rent because of this. I called the company and her first response was "well you signed a paper saying that your old place was empty". So apparently when your movers are done, they expect you drive back to your old place to make sure the movers aren't lying. They were willing to send the guys out again but I would have to pay another $160 + drive time which would have probably came out to $320. This company doesn't care their customers or keeping their movers accountable.

Then showed up to move 3 items for an "internal move" Even though it was 2 separate addresses . Already docked me an hour for just the drive up (how was lunch? I saw the one guy eating chick-fil-a) When I called they said north Scottsdale wasn't movers . It was more of an office space . So that was a lie too . When they told me they could do it in 2 hours I was pleased but reminded me drive back would take time too. I'm just curious how it took an hour to get to me when it's 11 miles away ? So I sent them home . And now paying the $360 for no work being done and a headache. I'm almost glad I did because I'm sure they would have charged me way more . Also heard horror stories from the haul company I ended up scrambling to use . Saying two men and a truck are banned from the property for multiple reasons but the cherry on top is when they denied damaging U-Haul property while it's on camera.

I needed to get my household goods out of their storage quickly to stop the situation from getting worse. Just-In Time Moving was gracious enough to fit me into their schedule last minute. Their office was communicative, their estimate was thorough and clear, and the final bill matched what they estimated. The crew showed up on time, communicated throughout the day, and was professional, careful, and kind. This was not a simple move. They had to unload my furniture and belongings from storage crates, unwrap items that had been wrapped by the prior mover, take care with everything, rewrap my furniture, load it, transport it, and unload it into my new storage unit. They completed the entire job in 7.5 hours. By comparison, the prior mover had tried to bill me 16.5 hours for the move into storage alone. Just-In Time Moving did a fantastic job, and I am extremely grateful they were willing to help me on short notice. After the experience I had before them, their professionalism, clear communication, and honest billing meant everything. My advice to anyone hiring movers: read all reviews carefully, do not take online ratings at face value, check whether the company is listed with moversaz.org, review BBB ratings, and read how the company responds to 1-star and 2-star reviews. They came back 2 days later with their truck and loaded up the balance of my property, moved both trucks to my new location and unloaded both. These guys worked like dogs, but very efficient and friendly dogs! They were extremely careful with my stuff, and the only thing that got broken was a piece that I transported myself.
