Was put on hold for 40 minutes, I got tired of waiting an drove to the center where the clerk alone in the office and not on the phone told me she could not answer the phone because she was providing "customer service" She then proceeded to provide me with exactly no customer service. It would be better to carry the things I needed to move on my back.

don't wast your time renting from them they are crooks!. fiance had booked a rental with them a…read moremonth in advance for a all day friday all day saturday rental as we are moving into an apartment and needed to move our stuff. well the rental we got was a regular pick up truck and fi called to find out if we could switch to a box truck instead which they did no have so he said thats ok ill make do with what you are giving us. he went on to confirm the rental and the guy on the other end of the line said sorry but you can only have the rental for friday only and not saturday. he asked why and they said its policy that the vehicles only be out for 24 hours at a time who has a stupid policy like that he said your telling me i booked a month in advance and now i only have the rental for one day. rental is for this weekend so now im stuck trying to find someplace to rent me a truck so i can finish moving,? how can your rentals be only for 24 hours when i see uhals being rented and driven across the usa. if i can rent a u hal one way from here to california and drop it off there why cant i rent a uhal to move localy in state for two days that makes no sense. not to worry we canceled the reservation and found a better place that will let us have the vehicle for the amount of time we need it for dont waste your time with them they always say they don't have what your looking for and then to go and switch our reservation on us and tell us one day before we need the truck for friday saturday.

Half of the facility is a mud pit when it rains... terrible lighting at night. Main gate is broken and left open 6-7 months out of the year so anyone can come in and go. and to top it all off, their customer service is even worse than their grounds. I've tried calling their office at least 10 times now left multiple messages raising my concerns not once have they ever gotten back to me except for one call about a month ago when they needed my updated expiration and CCV for my new credit card.. naturally.. I would not recommend the storage unit. Only reason I have kept it is out of pure convenience of location to where I live.. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

After three months, they notified me that it would be increasing to $93/month due to "changing market conditions." When I called them to discuss they said that the intial rental discount had "expired" and out of the kindness of their heart they would adjust the new rate to $73. In my lease it was advertised that the rate could change with thirty days notice but NOT THAT THE INITIAL DISCOUNT WOULD EXPIRE. I called a friend who had stored stuff here and sure enough the same thing had happened to her. Increased rent after three months. They wrapped some of the more delicate items before loading them onto the truck. They were even able to dismantle large furniture pieces that wouldn't fit through the door, and they reassembled them in the new place. A Stickley mattress and box spring was ripped and shredded. There will black and green stains on all of the corners of both the mattress and boxspring and the mattress was soiled. The owner of the company offered to replace the mattress with a $400 mattress though we were expected to pay for half of it. Our century sofa was also ripped and our headboard and furniture was all dented, discolored and scratched. If that weren't enough, 2 glass table tops were missing. When one finally showed up weeks later they decided they would make another glass top since they couldn't locate our original one. As we continue to unpack, more items are missing and the new mattress and box spring cost us over $1,100. This, coupled with the damage and the aggravation, doesn't even begin to describe our horrible experience with this so called moving company.
