    Extra Space Storage is easy to set up and affordable. Their indoor, temperature controlled units are clean & safe.

They have always arrived on time, had great communication with me during the moving process, and have handled my fragile antique furniture with great care, making sure the pieces arrive safely to their destination. The movers have always been friendly and polite, and their prices are also fantastic. In particular, I'd like to extend a special thanks to Antiono, John C, and Nick O, who did a wonderful job on my latest move!! They did such an amazing job, in every step of the moving process. They showed up at 9:10 a.m. today. The movers were pleasant and I was quite nice to them and the driver wanted to confirm the estimate. I had to talk to Chad at the office who told me that the job was too small, and they were not going to give me a discount, and that if I didn't like that that I could hire somebody else. I was shocked. I raised my voice and we had a very heated discussion. He then refused to do the job and the movers left. I have not been that upset in a very, very long time. In short, he just didn't want to do the job because he said it was too small. If that was the case, then they should have told me over a week ago when I scheduled with them to move yesterday. UPDATE: Attached is a screenshot of the email confirmation from NOT YOUR HUSBAND MOVING showing the move was scheduled from 1 - 3 pm. Not once did Chad apologize. I have never spoken to Thomas. The two young movers, Colin and Craig, were nice and polite. I let them both know it was not their fault and I wanted to make sure they were still both getting paid for their time. Colin made a comment, something to the effect that they have too many jobs scheduled and that the jobs were not vetted correctly to allow enough time for the movers to move people. Colin also told me that I was the only one scheduled on the day they arrived. I was relieved! Thereafter, Colin had a discussion on the phone with Chad before starting my job and mind you before I talked to Chad, and upon leaving, Colin said he had to hurry to get to another job. Hmm . Chad did say my job was too small. And, he laughed when I told him that I would have to sue him for any emergency moving costs should he choose not to move me that day. He balked, and said something to the effect for what $300...this job is too small. Sadly, as evidenced by the attached screenshot, Chad and Thomas have no idea what's going on in their company. By the way, I never told them what law firm I work for. I was careful not to do that. So not only do Thomas and Chad lie to their customers, they are also vindictive and retaliate against their customers. BEWARE!!

    I've used this UPS store numerous times. All with great success... However, this week, I paid…read more$226.00+ for overnight shipping. My client wanted to take the day off to receive her $450 order. The store said the package would arrive next day by noon. My client called me and stated she had not received the package. I searched on behalf of her, it showed it was delayed until the next day. I called in regard to getting a refund of the difference of shipping. Not a full refund. Meerily, the difference between overnight and two day as the service they ended up providing was two day, not overnight. I called to file the claim. They called back and said it had been denied due to "weather". I understand the weather is unpredictable but not one person at the store said, "there may be a delay". Their words were it will arrive tomorrow. BY NOON. I refused to settle for a denial. They referred me to the UPS customer service line. I called and waited on hold only to be told to call the store. I explained I had already spoken to them. They said they would need to take my complaint. Basically sending me in circles. As a fellow business owner, I can't imagine charging someone for a premium service and then giving them a sub par service and just expecting people to be ok with that. Went against my better judgement and shipped UPS again after this, less than a week later and GUESS WHAT?!!! DELAYED!!! They guaranteed me there were no forseen delays. Now my package is sitting in a warehouse somewhere. If anyone has an recommendation, I'm adding UPS to the list with USPS for worst service. Apparently FedEx is known for being speedy, guess that'll be my next stop.
