I've ordered my packaging products from Chu's Packaging Supplies for years and will continue to do…read moreso for more reasons than I can even list. The very first thing is their service. I get my shipments next day and they'll even rush to deliver same day when I'm in a jam and need to ship products out ASAP. As long as I meet the minimum order requirement, there is no charge to deliver to my warehouse. I'm really big on convenience and CPS makes my life a lot easier. I can email, call, or even text in my order then customer service will call me with a confirmation of the total and delivery date. Before I know it, my order has been delivered unloaded by their drivers so I don't have to worry about anything. There are a lot of vendors that try to give me super low pricing, but I find that the quality or sizes aren't up to spec. I don't want to deal with dishonest companies because I never know what I'm getting. Plus if price ever becomes an issue, I just call my rep and he does his best to match or beat any other vendor's quote. Sometimes I am working on a new product launch and don't know how to package it properly so my rep will come down to do measurements for me and provide samples so I know that everything will fit properly before I order 1,000 custom boxes and inserts. New packaging companies come and go every few years. Some don't even last a year. There's a reason that Chu's has been in business for 30 years. Honesty, great service, and good pricing go a long way. Tell your sales rep or the owners that you saw this on yelp, they may even hook it up a bit more :)

I called them because I needed an odd sized large box to ship an item I sold on eBay and they had it. Not only did they have what I was looking for, but their sales rep Alyssa was so friendly and helpful. After she showed me the box, I went to my car and grabbed the item I needed to ship, just to make sure it would fit. Of course it did. BUT the BEST part was that Alyssa made up the box for me and helped me pack my item. There was a tiny bit of space and so she found some padding and put it in the box FOR FREE! She even offered me shipping labels...and used THEIR tape at no extra charge! That's a really big deal if you've ever dealt with other box/shipping material companies. Then I got to meet Mike, the Owner. He's a really nice, funny guy and he gave me a tour of the premises. I felt at home, like I didn't want to leave! =) I did not notice a sign from the street, so it's easy to miss. Just knock on the door and they will greet you with smiling faces. Upon arrival I was greeted warmly & had my LiveScan completed in less than 10 minutes. While I was here I noticed that aside from LiveScan they also carry items for your shipping needs as well as some cute items that make nice gifts. I bought some packaging peanuts while here. I withheld a star because the selection of certain items is limited but my LiveScan experience here was quick & wonderful. I also liked the cute items sold here.
