Cindy is no longer here and you can tell. Under the new management the service has become terrible. Employees are rude and clueless. Facility standards have suffered terribly. Prices have gone up crazy. I have been here for so many years. Since the new owners took over this place it has been a disaster. Everything that made this place great no longer applies. Prices, customer service, cleanliness, and even safety have suffered terribly. Been at this storage for a decade. Started paying $100, now pay over $300 and going up. Thats loyalty for you. Moving to Public Storage, got a similar unit for less than half the price. read more

If this is your first time reserving a storage unit, I recommend allotting plenty of time to actually reserve the unit because it ended up taking much longer than expected. I was fortunate to have Juan V's help! He was able to find me the space I needed at a really affordable rate! He really took the time to ensure I had everything I needed! Was taken care of by Daniel, a very friendly and accommodating experience. I went to go get a unit for my daughter who needed a unit right away coming from The Marine Base. We were able to transfer the account back to her name very easy and made the experience very nice. I would give them 5 stars if they had a restroom available on site. read more

Definitely not happy. We have been here since they were Magellan, and Magellan definitely ran things better than US Storage. The place was cleaner, the prices were better, and the staff more available. I went today in the middle of the day, doors locked, no signs in the door, elevator still broken, the same elevator has been broken for weeks! With as much as they charge for units, you would think they would have had it fixed by now. Definitely looking for other storage centers. read more

BEWARE DO NO USE THIS STORAGE! The facility is always dirty and smells like urine. Plus the elevators and the sliding entrance doors are ALWAYS broken down and on top of that there customer service is horrible! They are very rude and inconsiderate when you ask for help! I believed I was one of their first few new customers when the storage was taken over from Magellan. They had good rates, so I ended up taking 2 units of 10x30. Their service used to be better although storage was dirty from time to time. I had seen pooped on their emergency stairs. I smelled urine. I also saw cigarette buds on the way to my units. The guy named Juan was helpful and tried to clean whenever I reported something. There was time when I felt the storage area was way cleaner than the first time I moved in and my recent visit. My biggest disappointment is about dishonesty when it comes to increase rate. I asked Cindy, the manager, to notify me when it was about to increase. She said yes. I usually paid 6 months in advance so I could lock the rate. Due to covid19, I only paid 3 months in advance for my both units. Suddenly, there was a notice sent to my email there would be an increase. Cindy never say anything. When I was going to lock the rate when I first moved in, Cindy said I could not. The increase rate must take place first before I could lock it. I feel someone was being dishonest here. If she cannot or do not allow me to lock rate when I paid 3 months in advance, she could explain to me. Tell me that I need to pay 6 months to lock the rate OR tell me the rate increase cannot be avoided! I have been there for 2 years and since they took over, never late or miss payment, and always keep my units clean and you cannot be honest with me??? Such a disappointment! read more

Horrible service!!! Please be careful with this storage center!!! My storage got broken into and I never got notified. They (the manager Cindy) ended up blaming it on me because I didnt have a "good" lock on it. They lied that they had called me but I never received any missed calls nor voicemails. If I would have never come to check on my storage I would have never found out about the situation. According to one of the workers they had no time to call me cause they were finishing their shift yet days passed without them ever reaching out to me. To be honest, I wouldnt be surprised if it was an inside job. They stole thousand dollars worth of stuff and the staff is still blaming their lack of professionalism and communication on me because I took long to submit an itemized list of everything I lost. I had 80% of my belongings here since I just moved out of state so they apparently have no idea how long it takes to make the time to come and look through all my stuff and itemize things. I have never had to deal with such rude and unsympathetic staff!!! Since the incident happened never once have they called me with updates because again they "cant do nothing about it" until I tell them exactly what was taken. Think twice before leaving your stuff here!!! read more
