Not only did they take 3 times longer move the same (if not less) items, the main guy had a bad attitude. The helper was great but it was clear the other guy was calling the shots. They were careless, didn't read the clear bold red signs I typed on each box. I had a new set of dished broken, all wood furniture scratches & dinged, leather furniture ripped and scuffed and the bed they were paid to put back together was left with missing screws and the headboard loose. The last straw was that they would not unload and finish delivering my items (a big screen tv still in the truck) till I signed the final invoice and tipped them. I was not going to leave them a tip, but the main guy stood right over me and watched to see what selection I made before telling me they preferred cash. I felt like they were keeping my TV until they saw whether I was going to tip or not. I felt obligated and I wish I could have gotten my money back. I filled out their survey says the same and no one bothered to contact me. It's been over 3 weeks. Obviously this must be how they do business now. Other companies will quote you one price but after it is all done, will charge you more, and it is always more, they never surprise you with less. But this company always keeps to their word which i appreciate. I use them for my personal moves and for my business. Prior to the move, I discussed pricing and payment terms directly with the owner/manager and confirmed the agreed-upon amount. However, when the movers arrived, they immediately demanded cash up front and refused to provide any services unless payment was made on the spot. This directly contradicted the prior agreement. After loading the couches, they demanded an additional $100 that had never been disclosed or authorized. The situation felt coercive and inappropriate. In addition to the payment dispute, the movers caused multiple damages: * One of the couches was damaged. * The garage door was damaged. * A component of the security system on the back door was broken. Furthermore, one of the workers raised his voice and yelled at my wife and daughter. This behavior is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. When I contacted the company to request information regarding their insurance coverage for the damages, they refused to provide any details. This company demonstrated a serious lack of professionalism, accountability, and respect. I strongly advise others to proceed with caution.

The two guys that arrived were very friendly and efficient - Angelo and I forgot the other's name. They worked very hard. There were a couple hiccups: There were supposed to be 3 movers but one did not show up. We were only charged for the 2 movers.
