While management was professional and offered a partial refund after reviewing my concerns, the final cost still remained more than 70% above what I was quoted. I hired All My Sons for a full pack-and-move service after receiving an estimate of approximately $1,100. Despite accurately describing the contents of my home and decluttering extensively beforehand, my final bill was $2,496.19. After working with management, they acknowledged that the packing and overall service fell short of their standards and issued a partial refund. I appreciated their professionalism throughout the complaint process, but even after the refund, the final cost remained more than 70% above the original estimate. The movers themselves were polite, but the packing was disorganized. Not a single box was labelled, it took me 2.5 days to find my drinking glasses as they were in the bottom of a large box with misc. items, fragile items were packed inconsistently, and items I had clearly separated for different destinations were mixed together, creating additional work after the move. If you choose this company, I would strongly recommend treating the estimate as a very rough starting point rather than a realistic expectation of your final cost.

The guys handled all of the heavy furniture with precaution(they disassembled and wrapped all of the details), boxed the kitchen supplies, clothes, a few electronic devices, and even asked me if I have items that need special care. The process took around 10-11 hours, and this was the estimated time they gave me. I appreciate this part as I wasn't flexible with my time, and it had to be a quick move out process. Not to mention that the guys had to go up and down the stairs with all of my belongings. Communication with these guys was on top as they asked me a few questions and gave me updates on the process length and how it would be handled--worth the price and quality of the job.
