    Worst experience I've ever had at this location. I've been coming here for several years and will…read morenever step foot in here again. Dropped off an item to be sent back. The box was open on the bottom and needed taping. We said to be careful when they lifted it and they dropped it as we were walking out. We were outside when a tall older man with glasses came out and started yelling at us outside to come get the box and they were refusing to send it back. We walked back in and our item was on the floor. No offer to tape it up or give us another box (we offered to pay). The item was delivered the same way we were returning it so we didn't have another box. We were returning a defective ice maker and because it had a small amount of water that leaked (probably a little water in the line when they dropped it). So they dropped it, couldn't get it back in the box correctly and then refused it. We were yelled at again by the jerk with glasses he said it's considered hazmat and the driver would not send it back. Water is hazmat...seriously?!?!?! The way we were treated was terrible from the minute we walked in, being yelled at in the parking lot and then again in the store. Did I have choice words on my way out? Yep I sure did. You can't treat customers with disrespect and then expect them to just take it. So to the man with the glasses and turban, you're a complete jerk and I hope you get fired! You have zero customer service skills and are incredibly rude.

The stars are for the two employees that stood out and made my experience amazing. Shot out to Quincy and Joe! Quincy checked me in and was super sweet and personable. She went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed and was set. The van itself was fine. It jerked at bit when it idled, wasn't the smoothest ride but I got everything moved to my new facility in one swoop! It was good on gas but I didn't go very far, just had limited time and wanted to knock it out in one trip. Legit spent $6 on gas which would've been wayyyy more in my guzzling truck lol. Joe checked me in and was super kind and human. Traffic is awful at this location certain times of day. I know this area too well and had forgotten. Know that going in, and they don't have parking at the location. Places like this you just expect to do what you gotta do, but standout stars like Quincy and Joe make it pleasant and the experience memorable.

Certainly not thinning the steel tank just rubbed the paint. Her response was "regulations say it can't be filled". What regulation?? The person giving the certification class said not to fill if tank appears damaged because "if you get in an accident and the tank explodes l'll get sued ". Really just weak excuses to not fill the tank. I'll drive farther and pay $0.04/gallon more!

    Today was the second day within a week that I tried to return an Amazon order but ran into issues…read moreat the store. They have a self-service station that is easy to use however, both times that I went the label maker/receipt mechanism ran out of paper. Both times it caused my label to rip nor was the label readable, and there was no way I could've placed it on my Amazon return. Nor would it print out a receipt for me, as proof that I actually dropped the package off since the machine was out of paper. Today I got in line, just like I did last week, so that I could ask to have the paper refilled. The young lady with dark hair who helped me, was extremely rude and short with me. I told her what happened to the machine and she packaged my return and created another label to place on my package. I told her I needed a receipt as proof it was actually sent to Amazon. She told me she couldn't print it since I started it on the self-service machine. I insisted on a receipt since, once in the past, Amazon insisted they didn't receive a package and I wasn't given a refund for my return. The young lady continued to tell me that she couldn't finish what I started at the self service machine. Oddly enough, she re-printed a label so that it could be packaged on my return so I wasn't understanding why she couldn't print a receipt as proof that I dropped it off at their location. I insisted that if she was able to take my package and create a label, that she should be able to give me a receipt for that. After some back-and-forth and her being extremely short with me, miraculously, she was able to give me the receipt that I politely asked for. I remained calm and my demeanor wasn't sarcastic, nor did I raise my voice. I've worked in Customer Service for years and there are nasty and rude people that are extremely difficult to deal with or even speak to. I did nothing but keep my tone low and insist that I get something that she could've easily created and ultimately did. I'm trying to be empathetic because she's obviously in an entry-level role and probably deals with all walks of life, but I wasn't the cause of her poor attitude today.
