I shopped around for storage units pretty extensively and this was the best deal I found in the Seattle area - including insurance it comes out to $68 per month for my 8x10 (other places are more expensive at a base cost, and often only have one or 2 months discounted rent). Move in was easy, I was able to drive up and park right next to the door and borrow their carts, use the freight elevator and load up the unit quickly. The place is not shiny or fancy by any means, but they have excellent safety measures and inside the building is clean and dry (no weird smells). Best yet, the folks who work here are completely delightful, easy to reach by phone, and so kind and helpful!

I hired On the Go to load a trailer in preparation for an out-of-state move. The moving team…read moreovercharged me (I had to get home office to do a correction), but that was only the surface. When I arrived in my new location, I had a different mover ready to unload the truck. What they found was astounding: The movers had paid no mind to how they stacked our boxes, crushing multiple bins and seeing boxes cave-in on themselves. These photos came from the other movers as they thought their counterparts did it, and were (in their words) "embarrassed." On top of this absolute disregard for boxes, 11 pieces of furniture suffered damage. Their label was "cosmetic damage," because nothing broke ... it's just visually damaged (deep gashes in wood, leather scraped off real-leather chairs). The care extended to a couch where they removed the peg legs and through them loose into the trailer (we had to find them over the course of the move). I documented everything, shared photos, etc. Their offer: $100 check due to cosmetic damage. And after a fairly pointed email about the negligence of how they packed the trailer, they just stopped responding. Now, here's the onus on me: I only did base protection. I trusted their reputation and after seven cross-country moves, felt confident we'd be okay. Shame on me, and that'll never be a mistake I make again. I don't expect anything to come of this for me. And that's fine. But hopefully at least one other person will be saved the frustration and expense.

The nice older gentleman was funny and knowledgeable. I got a unit for a STEAL for Seattle. I only paid close to 50 for a unit that would've easily been 100+ elsewhere. The second month free?! Icing on the cake! The building is old, the customers seem.. worn but who cares? They don't have theft issues and I only need it for a short time. This exceeded my low expectations in every single way. If I ever have storage needs in this area again, I will CERTAINLY come here again. Thank you to the front desk guy for making me laugh. They carefully wrapped and protected everything that needed it, packed the truck like a game of Tetris, and handled both loading and unloading efficiently. They also took apart desks and beds and reassembled them perfectly at the new location. What impressed me most was their attitude. Despite a long day of heavy lifting, they always had big smiles and were genuinely pleasant to work with. These guys are strong as oxen and never slowed down. It was a 12 hour day!! Nothing was broken or damaged, and there were no surprises with the bill. ANYONE LOOKING TO HIRE MOVERS BEWARE *review update*…read more Do not hire these movers! We hired them to help us with our move on Saturday, August 1st. They moved a 500 dollar pair of Bose headphones (that are not even finished being paid off) to the cab of their moving truck and decided to keep them. We have contacted them three separate times to return them and have ignored us. I am a very disabled retiree with neuropathy, as well as lots of problems and these movers were the only ones I could afford at the time. I'm warning you not to hire them or else you'll have to deal with filing stolen property reports for whatever high value electronics they decide to steal. These movers work extremely fast and are opportunistic thieves! If for whatever reason you do decide to hire them, keep serial numbers of all your high value electronics to easier report them stolen and make it harder for them to pawn and sell, set up security cameras to watch their moving truck so you can show it to the police after, and expect no communication from them after they have stolen your property; but it is recommend to just hire another company instead of this company that prey on disabled retirees.
