I called CubeSmart and the gentleman who answered could not have been more helpful, patient and focused on helping me find a reasonably priced solution. We arrive at CubeSmart where Rick immediately comes outside to greet us BY NAME and welcomes us, provides a quick tour and tips - even gives us water bottles. Almost $1,200 , and from the very first pickup (less than a two‑minute drive, with items already packed), the nightmare began. The contents were tied to an eviction, and the rightful owner desperately needed access to essentials--credit card, cash, and medicine. Smooth Move held those items hostage for over a week, forcing needless suffering just to retrieve basic necessities. And as if the humiliation of their "facility" wasn't enough, they capped it off by overbilling my credit card just under $200. That's not just incompetence--it's exploitation.
