My husband and I tried to make as many trips as we could up and down the 4 flights of stairs but could only do so much as the heavy items are impossible and the heat was unbearable. We called and were on the phone for almost an hour with your customer service and got zero help. I have been unable to move out of my unit now for several weeks and now will be going into July and have to pay another months rent due to the inaccessibility of my unit. Not only that, I am not out the money for the rental moving van from yesterday that I couldn't load, and now have to go rent an additional unit for my furniture items I need stored as of July when I have to be out of my house. This is over $1000 in expenses I have incurred due to your inability to maintain your facility. Please call my husband or myself and let us know how this will be remedied.
