When I first talked to them for a quote, they made it very easy as they walk you through the whole moving process. The person giving the quote makes you go room by room and list all the furniture that you are planning on moving to your new place. They then explain what's included in the price and email you a copy for your records. A $50 deposit is required to lock in your date and is credited towards your total at the end. Adil and his team works super fast and waste no time at all. They are very knowledgeable and work great together as a team. They finished our move 2 hours earlier than what was quoted! Amazing! All our furniture and belongings were packed wonderfully in their truck and all made it to our new place in their respective rooms without any issues. Girl named Kari answered & THANK GOD she was honest & had mercy on A) my situation B) the way I was treated and C) demanded I let her make it right!!! Everything became perfect! Contract in my inbox, amount promised, warp speed execution, map to the unit, door open waiting for movers, lock/keys/codes right there where she said they'd be!!! And TODAY, I called requiring a second unit (my miscalculation). It is truly delightful & a privilege dealing with Kari!!! We went through sizes, what still needed to come out of this house with movers tomorrow on short notice, closing Friday!!! To date they have been unresponsive to my broker and MovingClaims. 5/6/19 To whom it may concern (Spark Moving), I am writing to personally address your company about my recent claim with MovingClaims.net and I'm asking your company to be timely and responsive through this process so we can come up with a resolution sooner rather than later. Missing items: 55in Westinghouse TV Kitchen box: Mr. Coffee coffee maker, 3 Yeti 20oz travel mugs, 1 Arctic 20oz travel mug. I had to send back items on 2 occasions during the delivery because the driver tried giving me items that weren't mine. I'm assuming that's where my TV and missing kitchen box went. Damaged items: Broken sectional couch frame and torn fabric (underside), torn fabric headboard, Sanyo WiFi ready blue ray player broken, some bowls broken, glasses cracked/broken. And kitchen table top cracked and scratched (clearly dropped). *I have pictures of all of these damages.
