The team were polite, quickly applied pressure to push out the clog, and were gone in a matter of 15min or so. Price seemed fair for emergency service. He gave us a good price so we scheduled to have them install the new system. They came out right at 8:00 as they promised and went right to work. They worked from 8 AM until 5PM in the sweltering heat and didn't stop until we had a nice cool house again. The service also included two free system maintenance visits.
