Unfortunately after notifying my old roommate, they need more time to pack up and they can't empty the room on the 31st. I called this company back to cancel the appointment and found another company who can come on the 1st. The other company didn't show up so I call this company back to check on their earliest availability. Someone from this company returned my call but they sounds hostile. They saved my name and my number to their phone and they make me feel bad for cancelling the service before. Even though I cancelled gave them a proper notice, more than 24 hours in advance. They need to understand that things happen beyond our control and we should try our best to make things better. Not being bitter and being unprofessional about it.

Awful service! Guy came out to my house to fix a blockage I was having in the dryer vent of my new…read morehome. The equipment used was just a leaf blower with a hose attached to it... so that really should have been my first red flag, but I stood by my decision to hire him. He pumped air through the vents and did blow out a little bit of lint. Before he left, I checked to see if my brand new dryer was working - no luck. So he blamed it on the dryer being faulty. So I went back and forth with the store I bought it from, and LG until I finally got them to send out a rep and then eventually replaced the unit entirely. Well... the new new one didn't work either. So I purchased a snake camera and put it into the vent myself and saw ALL the lint still in my vents! I reached out to ADC (as you can see from my text string) and asked them to come back out as they guarentee their work. He missed the appointment due to another job he was working, but did agree to refund me. Well, I am now writing this 5 months later, and the company will not return my calls or text messages. Luckily I was able to get a real air duck company to come out, and they were able to actually do a good job and my dryer works perfect. Stear far away from using ADC - not worth your time or money.

We specifically told them that squirrels had previously accessed the vents and that squirrel-proofing was required. We raised concerns about plastic vents and were assured multiple times that the materials they planned to install would hold up. They replaced our metal vents with plastic ones. Within two days, a squirrel broke through one of them. What followed was over a month of failed fixes, missed commitments, and unprofessional behavior: -Temporary repairs that failed within 24 hours -Technicians arriving without ladders or proper materials -Promises to install metal vents that never happened -Ignored emails and texts -Conflicting explanations between staff and management One of their own technicians later acknowledged we were being "given the runaround." We paid in full. The job is still incomplete. When we asked for a refund, the company involved an attorney who demanded that we remove our review and sign a broad release before receiving any money -- and then they stopped responding altogether. This was one of the worst contractor experiences we've had. Based on our experience, I strongly recommend avoiding this company.
