We were sitting around at the house the other day and I figured it was time to get a proper carpet cleaning job. You see, we moved into our house 5 years ago, and the same stains that were there since before we bought the house were still there. We've tried every cleaning solutions we could find on Google, and even got our carpet professionally steamed cleaned every year. However these stains were just really stubborn! So we decided to try a different company that can hopefully help us with these stubborn stains. Luckily we found eXtremely Clean on yelp. It was easy to schedule an appointment, and Marco came right on time. He was friendly and professional. He explained the different types of cleaning options available with the prices, and answered all my questions about the stain treatments thoroughly. We also got the sofa cleaned since we are couch potatoes and if you think about it, how often do you really clean the sofa?! By the way, they don't use harsh chemicals to treat the carpets which is awesome since we are a no-shoes-in-the-house kind of household, and I want it to still be safe for my dog. Marco arrived promptly and was very professional. He spent 15min explain what his services included while running a few tests and spot treatments on a few troubled areas. He even gave us a small bottle of carpet cleaner for free. We have a large dog and light grey carpets that show the dirt pretty quick. We get our carpets cleaned once a year and Extremely Clean is the third company we have used. He was a bit more expensive than the other 2 companies, but he seemed to be much more thorough than the other companies we used in the past. Marco did a amazing job making are carpet look new again. Marco is the man! Made a call in the morning and he came promptly in the afternoon. Gave me the rundown of what to expect from having a carpet of this material and a quote. For around 500 sq ft he finished in roughly two hours including the stairs. All he requires is a water source for his machine which is set up in the company van. Extremely Clean Carpet Cleaning did a wonderful job with my extremely dirty carpet. I contacted the company through Yelp and Marco came out to give me an estimate the next day. We scheduled the cleaning for later in the week and he charged me exactly what he estimated it would cost. I have used other companies in the past who add on fees even after they've provided the estimate and was very pleased to find one company who does great work at the cost they estimated. Marco took care with my furniture and spent extra time on the tough spots and high traffic areas. He took our dingy white carpet with many, many, many stains and made it look almost new again. To put it in perspective, I have a two year old and a three year old who eat on carpeting in the dining room and bar area. Maybe I should give 5*! The large wool area rugs WERE in bad shape, due to years living with a sick cat, and even more years simply neglected. They were too dirty even to store! Marco made adjustments in cleaners and brushes on the machine for the delicate nature of wool! He also cleaned a 5x8 olefin rug and "threw in" a couple of door-mats. The total was reasonable and the work was reasonably fast -- the house was otherwise empty, and I worked on projects in the yard while he was working. When done, the large light-colored rugs were not "like new", but they were much better, as good as I could have expected. I would use Extremely Clean again. read more

All carpet cleaners are not created equal. These folks know their stuff, do a great job, protected my walls and other flooring!!! We had our carpets cleaned by a chemical cleaner 6 months earlier. Things were better than when they had started. With an old dog we found ourselves in need of our carpets needing cleaned again, and the results were night and day. We wanted to have our carpet and tile/grout cleaned since they were in dire need of TLC. Marco and Philipe arrived right on time. They were very courteous to wear booties into my home while asking me to point out any areas that may require extra attention. Marco pointed out some spots on our carpet that looked like stains, but were actually bleach stains. The stains were from our previous (futile) attempt to spot-clean our carpet. He set my expectation that he could not actually remove those stains as they are really fades and not dirt. Marco took extra care to work on areas where the dirt would not initially come off. I love the attention to detail he had as well as being careful not damage anything in my home. After about an hour, the work was done and he walked through the area with me to see if anything was missed. Before leaving, he provided a couple of pairs of booties for us in case we had to walk on the carpet while it was still drying.
