After reading glowing reviews, I called Hyperion to ask if hey could schedule the installation, expecting to wait a few days. Instead the guy on the phone said to bring it in at 10:30 the next day. I didn't get there as a tweak in the door itself caused my overhead lights to stay on and drain my battery. I arranged for a friend to take me home, expecting to leave the car for at lrast the afternoon. But manager (I did not get hois name) said it would just be a half hour. He called over a ytechnician and 20 minutes later the car was ready! I had some body damage and the manager quoted me a price apologetically, noting that Lexus Parts are super expensive. I said well, it's a 15 year old car - probably isn't even worth the cost of the repairs. I started to walk away and stopped, turned and said, "Wait, I haven't paid you!" And he said, "no charge". I was dumbfounded and only hope I thanked him emough. Great work, fast, and even complimentary. I'm in awe. Go there!

I was not able to go that week, however the following week I was nearby so figured I would just stop by and see if he could service my vehicle, but let him know I needed my car back by a certain time. He called about an hour before I needed it saying they were wrapping up and shared the final price which ended up being a few dollars less than the original estimate. Back when I lived in Atwater Village, I brought them my old 2006 Corolla. I consider myself a pretty capable DIYer, so if there was ever a problem that required significantly more time, labor, or diagnosis than I could reasonably handle, I took it to Affordable Care. They consistently did honest, high-quality work at fair prices. But what really won my loyalty, and what has stayed with me to this day, was Stacey's EXCEPTIONAL communication and honesty. He had a way of explaining problems that helped me understand both the issue itself and the scope of the repair. One experience in particular left a lasting impression on me. I had a stubborn check engine light that took over a month to properly diagnose after multiple attempted fixes. When they finally tracked it down to a failing charcoal vapor canister, Stacey told me he would not charge me for the part or the labor because of how difficult and drawn-out the process had been and because of the expense I had already incurred. I respected him immensely for that. He more than earned my loyalty. Over the next few years, I brought the car back for other issues, including transmission and clutch work, starter problems, and other repairs. Even after I moved to the San Gabriel Valley in '18, I still fought traffic just to keep bringing my car to them. That says a lot! I have since sold that old, trusty Corolla and now drive an EV. I do not believe Stacey works on EVs, but I genuinely wish there was a Stacey for EVs. Stacey and Charles are, hands down, the best tradesmen I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I am very glad to see from recent reviews that they still seem to be providing the same level of quality and integrity. If you have a Honda or Toyota in need of repairs, you would be lucky to have them work on it.

Feeling a bit worried that my check up would take forever, they quoted me about 1.5hrs to do the standard checks including brakes, tires, fluids, and oil change and it actually ended only taking 1 hour! Very thankful that they were able to squeeze me into their busy schedule and take care of my car efficiently with friendly service! They've won me over and I'll definitely come back again in a few months for the next service date. What's also great is there are a lot of pretty decent spots to eat and even a few nice bakeries too while you wait for your car to get serviced. Highly recommend giving them your business!

Buddy Paint's estimate was about 20% higher, but I still decided to go with Buddy's because of the 5-Year material & labor warranty (the other company did not offer any warranty) and the feedback from the customer I spoke to. I also felt like Robert would take care of us. The crew was friendly and efficient. They prepped the home well. Robert was responsive when we told him of a few spots that needed extra attention. There was one issue (accidental damage) that I wish would have been proactively handled. But Robert worked with me to resolve to our satisfaction. Overall, we love the new look of of our home. Our neighbors complimented the work. The crew did an excellent job and had great attention to detail. Robert was a great with communication and follow through. I took it in to a place AAA recommended in downtown LA and explain the issue. They told me I needed a new timing chain along with a whole bunch of other stuff and quotes me $4800 for it. This was preceded with a lot of scare tactics on what will happen if I don't have the work done, which came across as very used car salesman-ish. When I ran the quote through ChatGPT I was told they were charging me dealership pricing for an independent mechanic for that type of work in LA. So I brought the truck here to Speedway where I had Minor worked done before and had a good experience. They told me my bearings need to be replaced and did the work for lesson than a quarter of the price I was quoted at the other mechanic. Work was finished in a day and the truck has been running perfectly since then. Had I spent to 4800 at the place it wouldn't have even resolved the issue, which means I would've had to come out of the pocket even more after the initial work was done. Obviously a truck of this age is gonna have some problems and when they inevitably happen again I will be back here at Speedway to take care of them. Highly recommend this place for integrity, quality, efficiency and fair pricing.

Fred helped me out - he was very friendly and non-intimidating (great for a gal going to an auto shop by herself!) He explained that Tesla tires have some foam, so patching the tire for the nail he found would be $50. It was nice he took the time to explain why it was a certain cost, def appreciated. They have a really nice waiting area with seating + strong AC (it was a hot summer day in LA), I was really impressed. Paid by cash because there's a small fee for credit card. 100% recommend this spot - friendly and service was quick. I was in and out fasttt!

I was referred here by one of my friends that had their car repaired. Andy helped me from filing a claim with my insurance company to obtaining a copy of the estimate from the adjuster. He explained the contents of the estimate and the steps it would take to complete the repairs. My car looks beautiful, better than new.
