They are great at explaining the difference between 'this is a problem-don't drive' vs 'this is a problem, fix in next 15k miles'. I thought I had a bearing issue. They looked at it and said it was a tire issue that really did need prompt replacement. They could not fix it that day (too late to get new tires). So they recommended another shop nearby. Another time, they declared an issue was beyond their ability and suggested the dealer. Much preferred than spending for half a job before they got stuck and cost me a bunch. This is the second time I have come here after a friend recommended them for their great price and quality work! The Korean boss doesn't talk much, but he knows his stuff and is very quick in his work. His staff is more talkative and is really friendly and helpful.
