Janead the cashier is a cheat. I had a problem with the car wash, paid but didn't get a code and told him about it to rectify. He lied and told me it didn't charge me. Avoid this store, the employees live mad. you buy something they won't bag it unless you ask and won't offer a receipt. they say absolutely nothing. you can come in make a full purchase and they say not a word to you, unless your a woman. most of the customers work in the area and they treat them like scum. everyone talks about the ride employees that work here. i walked in made a purchase and the middle eastern guy rang me up. my card rang for approval. he looked at me and said not a single word. he just stared at me, didn't offer a bag or anything, he just stared as i walked out. no smile, no have a great day not even a simple thank you. if you own this place please fire someone. everything starts at the top. if their not being courteous it's because the managers aren't doing their job! i've worked in the area over 10 years and i'm looking to go elsewhere because of these angry employees that have no common courtesy. read more

Texas heat can be unbearable, so imagine standing outside and waiting for your gas to pump, in the heat, with a slow-flow pump? Hopefully, you brought an extra shirt, because you'll most likely be drenched in sweat by the time you're done. There's nothing spectacular about this locale, just gas. Nothing convenient either. The gas station is nice on the exterior and synonymous with the other First Colony businesses. It has an air and water station that takes credit cards and a car wash. The gas prices are decent. The convenience store itself could do much better in its selection, particularly with the drinks. The restrooms reminded me of what you experience at a 7/11. If you have to make a pit stop for a restroom break, go somewhere else, unless you can't hold it. read more

The owners of this location need to really pick more quality workers and at least get a staff that takes pride in working, the Caucasian woman working at 7:15pm on 2-15-22 obviously did not want to work. Was in her phone sitting down on the job and stayed looking in her phone while we were made to wait! To add insult to the terrible service she had the audacity to be picking actually digging in her nose and looked dead in my face and then stood up to come wait on me! First the pump wouldn't take my card, then I prepaid inside and the pump didn't end up working so now I have a hold on my card as a refund. Rude cashier older man. Card readers are constantly down and request you pay inside. Very inconvenient for single parent with young kids sleeping in the car, or rainy weather. Pumps are terrible. When they're actually working they are slow as shit. Takes forever to get a tank of gas..this is a last resort for me ONLY because they accept speed pass....otherwise I would never ever come here. I can't believe I'm writing a review for a gas station but this one and the people who "run" it are THAT bad. Their pumps NEVER work and it's always a huge waste of time to pull in and try and use the pump and it doesn't work. Then when you tell the Indian guy with the two fists length beard that the pump doesn't work, he yells at you! I don't know whether to be outraged or laugh about that. Don't waste your time. This gas stations customer service is terrible. After an issue with a double charge, the manager refused to give me a refund until I threatened to call HQ. After she was suddenly able to give me a refund after that, she tossed the refund receipt at me and said "that's all." If I could give no stars to this terrible business, I would. I give it 2 stars because it's got gas and it's got snacks/drinks. However, the staff SUCKS. I am about to be 24. I am 6'4 and have a full grown beard. Been filling up here for years because I get better mileage from Exxon gas. Tried to fill up last week -- would not take my Exxon card or Visa card - tried to get info from clerk and he told me to just keep trying different pumps until I found one that worked!! Really?!?! Second visit inside he admitted pumps were changed out a month ago and he didn't know how they worked ?! I really needed gas so he said he could preauthorize an amount for the pump. I asked for 50 he gave me 30...... I think the manager should find a clerk interested in the success of his business ! Have been using this station since it opened - a long time -- May have just used it for the very last time . read more

I go to this station once a month to see if my Exxon card will work at the pumps. It never does. Two calls to Exxon got new cards issued and confirmed no issues with the account. These didn't work, either. I suspect the card readers are off to goad customers to go inside and pay cash. Been fighting this for a year. Not going back to this station until a new owner who actually wants a customer base takes over. read more
