I stopped by on a Thursday close to 6 p.m. The reason Eagle Hand Car Wash is top of the line is simple---they clean your car better than almost any other car wash out there. This is because everything is done by hand. You're not going through an automated car wash where your car comes out kind of clean. Here, they wash and dry the exterior of your car by hand. They also vacuum the interior (including your trunk) and wipe down all surfaces including your steering wheel, dash, door handles, etc. Since they do such an exhaustive job, it's going to take longer than your typical car wash. And they're more expensive than your average car wash. A basic wash for a small car is $26. All in all, it's worth it. The interior wait area isn't too impressive but that's not why I visit. It's all about how fresh my car looks afterwards.

One was more interested in his phone than the customers, and both of them half-assed the pre-spray like they couldn't be bothered to do the job correctly. Their attitude screams, "I don't want to be here," and it shows in the quality of the wash. If you're going to charge customers every month, then hold your employees to a higher standard. Attention to detail and basic professionalism shouldn't be optional. The frustrating part is that the rest of the staff actually works hard. They're friendly, they hustle, and they do their best to keep customers happy. Unfortunately, a couple of employees are dragging down the reputation of everyone else.
