It's extremely helpful if you like to know the science behind things and what benefits to expect. Though I fell asleep about 1/3 of the way in as it's so incredibly relaxing. And I mean asleep/out cold. when she wakes you up (gently of course), you have to get your bearings of where are you. I had about 3.5 weeks of the best sleep of my life ... I went to bed and was able to fall asleep within the first 5-10 minutes and stayed asleep (no 3-4am waking up with the mind racing) until 6-6:30am, fully refreshed and ready to start my day with energy. It was the greatest feeling to have and sustained for so long. I also had benefits as she worked the inflammation of my cheek, underarms and belly away. My skin was clear, hydrated and glow-y. I went back from my second session and due to food poisoning from a vacation, I had a lot of tension built throughout my body that she was able to work through and out during the 75 minutes session. It ended up being fine and I rescheduled, but it was frustrating that I only had one day notice about all of this. On to the actual appointment... it was a great experience. You can argue the treatments are pricy, but buying packages will get you a discount. I just think that's how the industry works so always get packages if you can. This place has a variety of treatment options, though they don't offer something like subcision, which is a more-involved procedure. But I'll just get that somewhere else and continue to come here for other treatments. Of course, they've recommended fillers and such for me. Rha redensity is like one. But they've been respectful that I prefer treatments like fraxel laser and such. There is a reason why they recommend filler though, because it does show faster results than others. The rha redensity provided the most improvement in a shorter time. They also have the skincare you need to purchase with ease. You're going to say those are expensive but they're not selling you products like La mer cream for $400. There is a parking lot, and there's always been space when I went, but the traffic getting there can be a bit much. All in all, I recommend doing at least one treatment here to see how you like it.
