She took 4, as she is a sole proprietor and would need to close her business, and I would need to take off two hours, to drive her there and home. Took her in, after a 25 minute wait in the open waiting room, with several other patients, and left her there. The Dr. was around, having casual conversations with his staff, laughing in the hall. After another 20 minute wait, with no one giving her attention, she walked out. They took our shutting her business, and my taking off work, as not important to them. I would not return to this practice, under any circumstance, and need to fight now to get the copay they grabbed up front. I now know why the grab it upfront.....

When i got glasses, they were blurry and it was felt could be anti glare causing reflection so were re made. When i got them the lenses were sticking out from all sides of frame and i still couldnt see. . I asked to have perscription changed and to see Dr. He refused to see me. I demanded to be seen ,as i needed to find out why i wasnt able to see with glasses. Dr Silverstine said just revert to old script ...which was not an answer and now they had scratched my old lenses when putting in new one, A collegue from practice agreed to see me they changed the perecription to something in between old and new, i got new lenses they were ok but still protruding. One week later I get a letter from Silverstine saying he is duscharging me from practice and need to find another doctor . Now im stuck with scratched lenses and although he gave me a refund for glasses m i cant see another eye dr for year as his visit counted as my yearly exam on insurance ........ so now have a droopy eyelid that cant be fixed and i cant dget an appropriate perscrip to get glasses i need to see .Office manager very unresponsive

As with every staff member I encountered, they were just as pleasant and very personable. Margaret E. Moore is definitely the best at what she does and is genuinely concerned and interested in her patients. I can't wait to go back next year and see them all again.

Dr. Nhu-Y T. Dao MD was the ophthalmologist that I saw and I can't recommend her highly enough. I…read morehad a temporary lessening of vision due to a Prednisone sensitivity. She explained it so that I was not so worried. She did an excellent eye exam and, rather than giving me glasses right away had me come back for a followup exam to make sure the medication was out of my system and that my eyes had stopped changing. We discussed the amount of correction (something I have never had anyone willing to do before) and I chose not to be corrected all the way to 20/20 so that I would not need bifocals to see my dashboard when I drive. My eye exam was on 6/18 and my I picked up my glasses on 6/21. To my delight they are perfect. Having been given incorrect lenses before, I was pleased that there will be no need to return for corrections, or complaints. I can't recommend Dr. Dao highly enough. As someone who works in a field related to vision I am extremely impressed with the service I received from her and from the Eye Care Group.

And every kind of special equipment is right there on the premises, which I appreciated as I was on a medication that could affect vision and so required regular eye tests. Dr. Lynch is a genuinely nice man and I really liked being one of his patients. Unfortunately for me, I switched insurance plans to one of the very few that his office does not accept. If my situation changes, I would run, not walk, back to this practice.

I had an Rx to fill glasses, but it was required that they re-examine me. He actually improved upon the Rx I had from my previous doctor! With each appointment I saw that he was just as thorough as my ophthalmologist and knew I was in the best capable hands. At one point my work offered eye insurance he didn't accept, and I made the mistake of going to Kennedy Perkins to get my new eyeglasses. I was very unhappy with the results. I will never stray again! Dr. Lynch is personable & genuine. You might have to book in advance, but in an emergency, he will make time for you. His staff is warm and always helpful. Long story short, I found this place due to proximity but I wish I had gone elsewhere. The docs I've met there are fine, if a little rushed due to the overwhelming number of people crammed in the waiting room and being generally over an hour behind schedule. I'm writing this review because my emergency contact was called due to a minor billing issue. Yes, they called my emergency contact over a bill that was one month overdue. Yes, I screwed up. Part of the blame is mine. I admit that. I forgot to pay my bill and then was traveling on business for a month straight. Sue me. Not once did they leave me a voicemail or email me (it is 2019, right?), or otherwise try get in touch with me as far as I can tell. No, instead they decided to call my emergency contact and ask them to get in touch with me about the bill. Completely inappropriate and unprofessional. So just realize that when you're filling out the intake form, they will use any and all information to find you (except, you know, your own phone number or email).

They make you feel very comfortable with the whole thing. I can see without my contacts and glasses. It's the best investment ever. This is day 5 after the surgery and I can already see the improvement. It's painless and it's very little risk. You should get it done if you have been thinking about it. It is really life changing.
