I decided to take my chances and return- and I am glad I did. Carmen was pleasant, helpful, and professional. She treated my elderly mother with kindness and patience. She respected our requests, and provided my mother with exactly what she asked for, at a reasonable price. We returned a week later to pick up the glasses, and was treated the same way. I will be returning soon when I need an eye exam and new glasses for myself.

I got glasses from Jack Doby about a year and a half ago…read more The coating on the lenses were clearly defective as they started buckling on the lens about 3 months ago and getting worse to the point that my eyes hurt when wearing them. I went to the store with my receipt, and was told they were sold to Myeyedr and they would not help me with the defective lens coating. They offered me 40% discount on new glasses if I used my existing frames, which laughably was more expensive with the 40% discount that I paid for my original glasses. They clearly did not stand behind their product! Very disappointed!
