I'll start by saying that customer service and my appearance may be the two things I'm most critical of. With that said, I absolutely could not speak more highly about Susan at Eyebrow Envy. As a guy who has always had his eyebrows waxed, I was wary (terrified actually) of getting my eyebrows threaded. Upon getting there, I simply told Susan that I wanted to clean my eyebrows up but still keep my "guy appearance." She said she would make them look very good, and to not worry. About 15-20 minutes and a great conversation later, she told me to have a look. To my surprise, my eyebrows looked better than they ever have. Incredible. Natural, clean, not artificial looking at all. Based on the reviews, Susan is very well-liked by everyone for good reason. She's very talented, and an incredible person to have the privilege of meeting. At only $10 for mens/womens threading, there is no reason to not give this place a chance. read more

great price.....close to home but wow she was rough and it looked like the thread just "cut" the hairs, hardly any were pulled out the lady told me to stop "cringing" she said that I should be glad I stopped waxing because there are MANY lawsuits in Vegas now that people are having to get plastic surgery because the wax places are ripping off peoples skin.....ick anywho.....yes I have had threading before and will go back to my usual location.....even though it's across town :( read more

I just logged on Yelp to see if Susan was still open and noticed some of the bad reviews so I just wanted to share a couple things. First, re: pain: Trust me when I say that there is no bigger crybaby than I am when it comes to eyebrow threading or waxing. My best friend works at a spa and normally I have to go to her house to get waxed because she won't deal with my nonsense at work and I'm too polite to make strangers deal with my fits. I literally have (hysterical) YT and FB vids to document my 'progress' over the years handling the torture. If anyone would complain about pain, it would be me. While I don't look forward to having to go to Susan, I don't dread it either. I told her the first time I went there that I was super sensitive, and when I go in she remembers me. She's a LOVELY woman and I'm happy to tip her the price of the service just for putting up with my cringing, moving, biting my finger, etc. It's not her either. Like I said in my first review of this place, the reason I go back there is because out of all the places I have been, Susan's threading hurts the least. She even stayed and waited for me 10 mins after closing time my second time there because I said I lived right up the street and it was an emergency. She's hardly a scam artist trying to screw people over for a few extra dollars. That's just insulting. Notice most of these bad reviews are from Groupon users who got a good deal in the first place. Last thing I'll say is that Susan was the reason I wrote my first review on Yelp...and because of that I have become so used to relying on Yelp users reviews so many times since then. I really value the reviews people take the time to write. For me, it really takes a horrible experience for me to give 1 star to someone. I just can't believe that Susan is capable of giving the level of service that some of these reviews describe. read more

As a man nearing the big 3-0, I decided I'd finally do something about the eyebrows that have been getting bushier by the day. Stopped into Eyebrow Envy for my first eyebrow threading experience and definitely plan on going back every couple of weeks. Susan, the store's owner, was very friendly and gentle to a crazy-eyed newbie, and helped make my face look human again. And while I'm admittedly not an expert on eyebrow pricing, $10 seemed like a very good value for the level of service. Highly recommend! read more

Just went here today. Susan is the best! Ive been to lots of threading places to fix my brows but they all end up cleaning it off. But Susan is the only one who fixed it so far! It only took me like 5 minutes there on the chair and my brows are clean. She also fills in my brows after since i have really light hair there. She is really nice and gentle. Got a GROUPON which i will not be doing again. Silly me didnt realise it was for lip,brows and chin - i only wanted brows doing, so ended up paying more ($12 and a brow is only $10, but hey,whats $2!?!) was easy to find and the store was very quiet. I've went to a number of different threading places since I've moved on this side of town I didn't think I could find a place that I really liked because my last threading place was in Summerlin and I loved them. Eyebrow envy is very efficient fast and the results were good. I've never had to wait long and the ladies who work there are always nice. No complaints on this end! read more

I went to eyebrow envy to have my entire face threaded, the lady was really nice and I thought she did a great job however as she was processing my credit card we were talking and she told me she was the owner, then she said to me would you like to add the tip to your card, I said I would never go back, I could see if an employee had did my threading and she asked that question but the owner assuming she's getting a tip and to put a customer on the spot like that, why don't she set her prices where she don't have to beg for a tip, so distasteful. read more

I have been getting my eyebrows there since they first opened. The owner does amazing work and she is super sweet, personable and makes it her business to get to know you and what you like for your eyebrows to look like. I love the place is always clean, airy and if you have to wait a little, she has magazines to keep you entertained as well as a water cooler to keep you hydrated during those hot summer months. I love the jewelry and items she sells there as well. I also had issues growing one of my eyebrows. She sold me Castor oil and after applying for a month. My natural brows are getting fuller. I went eyebrow threading for this first time and I definitely like it more than waxing. It hurt but they shape it so much better, and Im usually allergic to the wax and get a bad reaction after, this way I don't. The girl who did it did a good job and for eyebrow and lip together, it was only $12. Ill definitely come back. read more

I've been here four times & it is amazing!! If you've never done threading I highly recommend, and the staff ease you into it! I'm embarrassed that I don't know her name, but I'm pretty sure she owns the place she is wonderful! I swear she treats me like her daughter I love it, she remembers me every time I come in, and they even have a punch card where after 6 times you get a discount, not like you need it! It is so reasonable! They have a package where lip and eyebrow is only $13. I don't live nearby anymore, but I still make the drive just to come here I absolutely recommend!! read more

Wow, I never have seen my eyebrows so cleanly/naturally shaped and my skin look so clear while feeling so soft. Threading is something I now think every woman needs and on a continual basis. WAY OVERPRICED!!! The salons I've gone to charge around $35 for a full face threading. They charged $40 which is not bad but, it didn't include under the chin! $60 later... I have to pluck some hairs from under my chin and even out my eyebrows. I would NOT recommend this place. read more
