This place is pretty Good I have had them threatens by preet and Aman and they are good. You don't need an apt to come in they welcome walk ins. I have gone at different times of the day and they are never busy I'm always helped right away. I don't give them 5 stars just because it seams like they do the same shape on every person no matter what your eyebrows look like... They go for the heavy arch I feel like and once I went in and asked for a clean up and she said "yeah" nodding her head yeah yeah and didn't really do what I was looking for, it was fine but not what I wanted. Usually to get my eyebrows done, I go to Tracy's nails just down the street from this location. But they were closed on a Sunday & I decided to get my eyebrows threaded for the first time at this place. I was really disappointed with the outcome and I don't think I will ever be coming back or if I can trust anyone else to thread my eyebrows again. It's always scary trying out new eyebrow threaders, but once again yelp helped me find the perfect place! This was my first time at this particular threading salon. I was helped immediately upon walking in by Jessie.. She was great! Very patient and took her time. I told her I wanted to keep my arch shape and just wanted to clean up the excess hair. She did just that. She didn't ruin my shape nor thin out my eye brows, like most places do! The rest of the staff was also very sweet and professional. I used to get my eyebrows threaded a long time ago in Rancho Cordova. Unfortunately, I ended up losing contact with the woman who was also named Preet and I went back to waxing and/or plucking. This was my first time back to threading since it opened up close to my home. I have to agree with another reviewer that the lady with the red hair did a great job and worked quickly and efficiently. I'm not sure if that was Aman or not, but Aman is the one who allowed me to schedule a late appointment on Friday evening. I'm happy I finally got myself there (I've been meaning to go for a while now) and I will be going back again when my brows need another touch up! read more

I also love how affordable they are, 9$ for eyebrow threading! In San Diego they usually charge 12-15$ and they always make my eyebrows super thin. Not this place though! On top of that, she will suggest what matches your face the most even if you're unsure. Making an appointment would help, because she may be busy sometimes. This is BY FAR the most unprofessional place I have ever come across. I have texted them on numerous occasions trying to book a couple events and they don't reply. She will lead you on to think you can do hair/ makeup and then stop replying. I have made many attempts to try to book with them and got nothing in return. I've gotten my eyebrows threaded here about 5 times so far, every time, Aman does a great job. She is always friendly and threads your eyebrows fast but well. I got them threaded today and she was done in about 5 minutes. The threading today hurt alot more than previous times, it was probably because I hadn't got them done in about 2 months. I have been going to preet and Aman for years! Since the time they used to operate out of a small room in hair obsession! These ladies are nothing but wonderful and pros at what they do! I am such a big baby! Everything hurts me, but the both are so patient with me. I have a very difficult face to thread, and i get a full face every time i go. It usually takes about 20-30 minutes for them to complete my face and not once have they ever failed me. I was one of the dumb ones who used nair to get rid of hair and ended up doing more damage. Aman and preet have worked with me and they started my threading and now i can actually i have some sort of control on my facial hair. Its always nice to go back to a place where they remember your name, have a pleasant conversation with you and just treat you nice. My mom has always been a wax user and i finally had her try Aman and preet out. We both are now thread people for life. My mom even goes to these ladies for facials and loves it because it makes her skin look good, feel pampered and is pretty affordable. I am really sad because I've been going to this place for years and have never strayed to really any other eyebrow threading place. Honestly they only have 3 good threaders out of all of the locations. Unfortunately during rushed times I have allowed now two other "new" (new to me because I had never seen them) threaders to touch my brows and after how horrible the last one did I am completely done giving this place my business. My eyebrows have never looked this bad (not even when paying for the cheap nail shop Brow waxed) . There are chunks missing, they are horribly misshapen, and now I have to go elsewhere to get them fixed. I am a firm believer that your eyebrows are "sisters and not twins" so I know they can never be exactly identical and that's okay. But right now I'm walking around with two eyebrows that look like they belong to two different families all together! My suggestion to this place is to do really do a whole retraining session with these women because honestly if you're not in with either of the owners (the sisters) and one other lady that works at the Laguna location (I forget her name but she has always done my eyebrows so well) then you might as well just walk out of this place! read more
