Just went to this location. One of the ladies that did my brows missed parts of my brows and left strays after. It didn't look like she did anything to them. Surprised I didn't get any cuts and scabs this time. Last time when she was doing my left eyebrow, the thread caught on to my right eyebrow. It hurt like a b*%#h. After she was done, I had some scabs here and there. Preet if you read this, pay close attention to your customers when your employees are doing their brows. Employees should take time, not rush. read more

The first time I came here, I got my eyebrows done by an older lady. Boy did I regret it, she messed up on my eyebrows but not by much so I was like whatever about it. So the next time I came, I asked the younger lady with the red hair. She is AMAZING!!! She literally does in under 2 minutes and they're perfect! So the next time I came, I always just asked for her. Today, my sister wanted to get her brows threaded so we came here. It was lightweight crowded and i saw a lot of people waiting for the younger red haired lady, so I was just like whatever we'll just go with the older lady (a different one from before) so i was like oh well cause I didn't expect this lady to be worse than the one that did mine the first time. LITTLE DID I KNOW, she DONE F-CKED UP MY SISTERS EYEBROWS SO BAD. She took 3x the time the other lady would've taken. I regret going to the older lady sooo much. I came in for a "clean up" a few days ago and I was confident that I was going to get a superb job considering the great reviews this new location has; unfortunately I was wrong. My brows were threaded by aman and needless to say I will never go back. She made my left brow extremely thin and left patches . My entire day was ruined and now I have to grow out my brows for at least 6 months to hopefully get my shape back. This location is near my house but because of this unfortunate experience I rather drive to arden mall where I know I will get what I asked for. read more

Very quick, efficient yet on point. There was about a 10 minute wait when I went in on a Saturday. Not sure who did my eyebrows but she was quite good. Just basically sat me down on a chair, no questions asked, started working and boom I was done. Price was $10 so perfectly reasonable. I have been growing out my brows for a couple years and tweezing here and there but they just refuse to look similar. I usually go see Rajbir at the eyebrow threading place by the Target on Olson, but I REALLY needed them done and this was the most convenient location due to my work schedule. Got there about 20 minutes to close, I figured it wasn't too bad but she did mention that she was close to closing. She was super nice and everything, but she did not do a very good job. The woman who I normally go to puts a lot more effort into her work and really it shows, here I felt as if she rushed through the process even though I was within her normal business hours. Honestly I'm disappointed with this entire experience. Hopefully Rajbir can fix my brows because they look pretty bad. read more

Unfortunately, as convenient as this location is, I will never go back again!! I will stick to the Elk Grove florin location. Aman totally ruined my eyebrows. My eyebrows are completely two different shapes & one is noticeably smaller than the other. She was rushing the entire time (with no one waiting in line) while talking on the phone doing my eyebrows. Not only did she make them NOT proportional , but she also trimmed them crooked. So disappointing. Amani reached out to me almost immediately after I left my review. She seemed genuine in her apology for my bad experience (even though she was not the one who originally threaded my brows). I needed to get my eyebrows threaded anyway, so decided to come back and give the place another try, especially if it was Amani herself who would take care of me. Upon arrival to my appointment, Amani was finishing up another customer. She then called me over for my turn and she remembered the details of my previous experience that I recounted in my review, as well as our brief text conversation. She was very sweet and can I just say, probably the most gentle threader I've gone to! I've only been threading my brows for 2.5 years, but Amani had the best qualities of the other threaders I've tried from various shops: patient, gentle, attentive.. And again, patient! Can't stress this enough. She really wanted me to be happy with my experience and she would ask me questions about my preferences for my sparse, uneven brows. We took everything step by step and engaged in some light conversation. I didn't feel rushed out of the chair, nor did I feel like it was some sort of bit to make up for my last experience (she seemed just as attentive and caring toward the previous customer's preferences). I have been going to a place in Arden to get my eyebrow and upper lip fix. It is hassle to drive all the way to Arden just for that. I am so glad I found this place. I went in today and there was a customer finishing up. The place is clean and Preet was friendly. She was fast too. It took only 15 min to get my eyebrow and upper lip done. I went in there for a clean up. I told the lady to leave my eyebrows full and clean the arch. She went to town and then had to call over another lady to help fix her mess. That other lady that came over asked if I used powder to fill in my brows which I thought was odd. I have been going to Aman now for quite some time and I absolutely love her. She is always friendly and listens to what I am asking her to do. I have tried a couple of the other ladies there and they are friendly but for some reason they always cut my skin right under my eyebrows. I don't know if it is from lack of experience or carelessness, however that is the only issue I have with this place. After getting my eyebrows threading and using the cooling gel I broke out into a rash in all the places they threaded. It may have been an allergic reaction to the cooling gel but I have used it at different places and didn't have a problem. This place is pretty Good I have had them threatens by preet and Aman and they are good. You don't need an apt to come in they welcome walk ins. I have gone at different times of the day and they are never busy I'm always helped right away. I don't give them 5 stars just because it seams like they do the same shape on every person no matter what your eyebrows look like... They go for the heavy arch I feel like and once I went in and asked for a clean up and she said "yeah" nodding her head yeah yeah and didn't really do what I was looking for, it was fine but not what I wanted.
