My adult daughter & I went to Luxury Nail Spa to have our nails done for a formal event. It was one of the places recommended on Yelp. It was also the 1st one to respond when I requested info. First, I would like to compliment them for posting their price for their services on their website. Of the many nail salons I Yelped, they were the only one that had a price list. And the price online matched what we were charged! Second, the salon itself was pristine. The overall vibe was one of organization & efficiency. Except for the different polish/powders on the wall, everything was white. Technicians opened new tools when working with each client. Used consumables were quickly & efficiently wrapped to throw away. Third, they do AMAZING work. My daughter had gelx full set with removal & chrome. I had a regular mani/pedi. From my calculation, what we paid was DISCOUNTED--maybe bc I paid cash. My daughter& I were extremely happy with our nails & their service. My daughter said Mary did her nails & that she was very detailed. She noticed a slight difference & took the time to fix it before applying the top coat. I had Jasmine do my pedi & she took such good care of my feet. She was very meticulous & friendly. Ruby did my mani. She was efficiently detailed & quickly finished. She was also helpful in suggesting how I can make them last longer. Lastly, I want to add that although the salon was super busy, they have a system of using tickets for each customer's service. This made it easy for techs to confirm the service and for customers to know the exact charge for each service. I didn't to wonder if I was getting charged extra for being a new/one-time customer. We were walk-in clients on a busy Sat morning. They said it would be a 30min wait, but it was less. They did say that their afternoons were much slower with no wait times. I was much impressed by the organization of their work flow. Whoever came up with it needs a raise! I also loved that they are very upfront about their pricing. Made an appointment for new set of nails on line. Holly came highly recommended. I arrived for my appointment about 10 minutes early, was seated within a couple minutes. Discussed my options with Holly, she recommended tips, dipping powder and gel tiger eye polish; I opted for all with tiger eye polish #33. My appointment was at 12:00pm and I was done by 1:15pm ish. Nails turned out nice: length I wanted, shaped to my liking followed by gel polish. I am pleased. Beautiful salon, lovely decor. Nail and manicure services in 1/2 of the spa and pedicures in the second room. Open, nice music, clean, quite organized, very busy salon, lots of employees and several clients, o believe they also provide waxing services. There are assigned personnel working the counter, too. Check in is easy, enter last 4 digits of your phone number (provided you've created a profile which I did on line). If more than one name pops up, you select your name and sit down. The salon has a great menu buzzer device for each nail tech to alert them of a pending appointment arrival. There is a printed receipt with your name, appointment time, service type and a place for the technician to write notes including the cost. At the end of the service you provide the front desk reception area personnel with the printed info. I paid cash, tipped Holly with cash and received a discount of $4 because, I paid with cash (I think). This nail spa is top tier and so efficient! I don't mind paying more. I will go back. read more

I have been coming to Luxury Nail Spa literally since the day they opened, and there is a reason I keep coming back. I always love seeing Anna, but honestly, every technician I've had here has been fantastic. Over the years I've had everything from acrylics and Gel-X to pedicures, and I've always left happy. This visit was actually for my daughter, who decided she wanted to get herself a set of nails. She came in with a very specific vision too, complete with delicate little blueberry designs and French tips on the other nails. The technician, who I believe was CiCi, was so patient with her. She took her time making sure my daughter loved the shape before moving on, which I really appreciated. But my favorite part was when my daughter couldn't find quite the right shade of blue for her blueberries. CiCi actually took the time to create a custom color for her so she could get exactly what she wanted. That kind of attention to detail is everything. From the day they opened until now, Luxury Nail Spa has always been one of my go-to places. I love it so much that my mom comes here too and sees Kim for her nails. They've also expanded and done some renovations since opening, and the space looks fantastic. They take walk-ins, everyone is always welcoming, and I've consistently had great experiences here. Helpful tip: If you have a specific nail design or color in mind, bring in a picture. They really take the time to look at the details and help bring your vision to life. I went to Chloe and my daughter had her nails done by Helen. We tried making an appointment online but the appointment system was not working and it was so much easier just calling. The salon is very busy but had plenty technician to take walk ins. To get 3D nail art cost $10 for each nail. I had to get mine redone 3x because each time the design fell off within a day. My experience today was not great ! I didn't have an appointment so I came back in 30 minutes. I still wasn't seated but when I was there for my GEL manicure. She wanted to charge me $60 for Gel because two or three of my fingers still had Gel on them. I said NO ! I just got a regular manicure and she still had to remove the gel. I paid $25 and I had a coupon. When she could have made some money and took my $45 ! I don't understan them but I know the weekends are busy. read more

They stole my Adidas tennis shoes! Then respond by saying wrong location. This place took my shoes. Overcharged me for an acrylic nail add to one of my toes. Then refused to fix when they my feet didn't match. The reason I wanted the replacement nail was so that my toes would align and match. They had two people working on my feet at one time and they didn't check to make sure that they matched. The manager spoke her native tounge to the manicurist while trying to ignore me. I had to threaten not to leave until it was fixed. I still tipped the manicurist and the thanks i get is my shoes stolen. I called immediately when I got home and of course everyone that was there when I was including the manager is no longer there to speak to. I will not be back. FYI watch your belongings. read more

I am SO HAPPY with how my custom manicure design turned out!!! My nail technician was JADE and she was SO meticulous when it came to painting the intricate designs, shaping my nails, and consulting me (and another very skilled technician named MIA) on what techniques she could use to achieve a certain look! Jade was very patient with the whole process and pulled out all the stops. This nail color is the Sapphire Blue Cat Eye as the base. She used a thin nail brush to paint the black swirls and gold glitter accents. I witnessed a gold chroma being applied too (it was like a magic show)! The center nail uses the Pearl Cat Eye color with a vertical ombré using the same Sapphire Blue from my other nails. Jade glued on the water drop shaped gemstone as the center piece. Jade really went above and beyond to achieve the custom look I was seeking. All I did was show her the inspiration picture and she really brought it to life! In total from start to finish, it took ~ 2 hours to complete the manicure. The results definitely show!!! I recorded a video so you can see the cat eye shimmer effect. I came here today for the first time and walked out knowing it would be my last time going to this place. They are very welcoming and nice, but the nail tech I went to disregarded what I specifically requested. I asked for a manicure set that involved flowers and rhinestones for designs. I provided her with photo ideas. She did not acknowledge my request and suggested a "cat eye" color for the primary color of the nail. I really tried my best to trust the process and thought she would add designs after applying the cat eye coat, but I ended up leaving incredibly disappointed because what I requested never happened. There were zero designs involving rhinestones and the flowers I wanted were also not provided. Also, the color that was chosen from the color book did not seem to match what was applied to my nails. She then finished my nails and tried to convince me it was cute. . . it just was not cute to me. After leaving this nail salon, I immediately went to another one to get what I wanted. This shop has a great atmosphere, but it would be nice for their techs to take into consideration what their paying clients are asking for. read more

Emelie did an amazing job recreating my design that was originally from acrylic nails into my natural nail shape. She took extra time to readjust the design or sharpen the tips to my preference. She even taught me how natural nails have a specific technique to keep layers from peeling, so I learned a lot here. The music was relaxing instrumentals of popular songs and everyone was good about cleaning in between services or steps. This is a great salon to bring your design inspirations to life. I do plan to return the next time I want a specific design done. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is my own preferences on symmetrical French tips, which is a really challenging thing to do. That does not change how beautiful these nails are and that I will definitely be coming back for manicures here. read more

My wife usually likes to come here, but today will be her last time getting her nails done here. Even when she books an appointment and arrives early, she consistently ends up having to wait an extra 30-45 minutes before getting serviced. The quality of the service itself is never an issue, but the constant, long waits question the viability of even coming here. However, the straw that broke the camels back for my wife was what one of the lady's said to her while she was getting her pedicure done. The nail tech, Angel, asked her if she was pregnant, which my wife isn't. When my wife told her, Angel said "oh, they told me you were." This comment was extremely offensive and inappropriate considering that there are women who are unable to bear children, and a comment like that has no place in any business establishment whatsoever. Very disappointed, but perhaps you'll have better experiences. read more
