When I asked for the manager, the cashier told me to go to the back of the store to find them myself. I had my child with me and asked for the manager to be called to the counter, but the cashier resisted multiple times. Even small things, like being told to go outside to use a trash can after I had already used one near the counter, were handled in a rigid and unfriendly way. I have had good experiences here in the past, especially with Sharanjeet ji and Kuldeep ji, but interactions like this reflect poorly on the store. Customer concerns should be handled with basic courtesy, not suspicion or inflexibility.

The staff was sweet and kind, and Corinna herself was very nice, which is why this review is bittersweet for me. I truly wanted to have a good experience, but unfortunately my results were very disappointing--especially considering the amount I paid. During my first visit, the procedure was one of the most painful experiences I've ever had because there seemed to be a lack of care for my comfort. I was not offered any numbing cream, and I was in significant pain throughout the entire appointment. Before coming here, I already had nice eyebrows done by another professional--I simply wanted a touch-up to make them a little darker and slightly thicker in the middle. Instead, I was charged $700 as though this were my first full brow procedure, despite already having existing work done. I was also charged an additional $100 for "nano" work that was not done deeply enough, and it completely faded away once the scabbing healed. Another major issue was that she shaved parts of my natural eyebrows that should never have been touched. I expected only the small hairs underneath my brow to be cleaned up, but instead more of my natural brow was removed. I carefully followed all aftercare instructions, yet the pain in my eyebrows lasted nearly three weeks. Most importantly, she did not follow the shape I requested. I specifically wanted my brows to remain similar to what I already had--slightly thicker in the middle--not higher, not more pointed, and not thinner. Unfortunately, that is exactly what she changed. I let it go after the first visit, hoping the touch-up would correct things. Sadly, the second visit made everything worse. I returned because the nano strokes had disappeared and my brows still did not look darker--as if I had barely had anything done despite spending so much money. During the touch-up, even more of my right eyebrow was shaved off, making it much thinner and more pointed than it has ever been in my life. I walked out looking like I had overly thin 1990s brows, which was absolutely not what I wanted. Now my right brow is noticeably thinner and more pointed, while my left brow was left thicker and more intact. I am literally walking around with two uneven eyebrows after paying $800 total. This was a very expensive service for me, and I trusted this business with my face. Two years ago, I paid another professional in San Jose much less, and the results were beautiful. I came here expecting the same level of expertise and care, and unfortunately that was not my experience. Again, the staff was kind, and this is difficult to write because everyone was pleasant--but kindness alone does not make up for poor results, pain, and leaving a client with uneven brows after such an expensive service.This version is strong, credible, and more likely to be taken seriously by readers and the business.

So I had spent time on researching different artists and studios. I was introduced to Tiffany's work through complimenting one of my girlfriend's eyebrows! "I got it microbladed!" I totally thought she had grown out her brows and reshaped it or something, wrong. Microbladed. "Whats her IG?!?! (Instagram account)" I was impressed with her work! And I jumped on the opportunity immediately! And made the appointment. While introducing herself to me I started to feel at ease and comfortable. Honestly, I had been freaking out the night before up to the moment I met her, wondering if this was something I really wanted to commit myself to. During the consultation she was very professional and thorough. She was patient and reassuring answering all my questions. She was very attentive and took her time to get the framework even and natural. My eyebrows are really the only thing I occasionally put makeup on and I was interested in microblading to simplify my morning routine. An accident from years ago left me with a scar which kept hair from growing in half of my left eyebrow. Though I hadn't researched much beforehand (except to see her 5-star reviews and know I was in a good place), I felt immediately trusting of Tiffany's vision. She applied a first bit of topical numbing cream and I signed some paperwork. Then I relaxed as she drew an outline (which I confirmed), we chose the color pigment, she did the first round of incisions, applied the numbing cream (which needs to have cuts to go in in order to work), and then she got to work filling in the rest of my brows. I didn't mind the sensation, and the entire time Tiffany and I were excitedly chatting about all sorts of things ranging from travels, to dreams, to philosophy and "living our best life"! Tiffany was very attentive to creating a comfortable and nourishing space. I was impressed by her ability to concentrate as we were having such a good time! By the end of the procedure, I was a little nervous as I was bleeding a bit more than most people (I think maybe due to anemia but some people just bleed more than others apparently). Bleeding more means the pigment is less likely to stick, but Tiffany was sure to patiently clot it with a tissue and reapply more pigment after so it would stay. Thankfully, when she showed me the mirror I was giddily relieved as it looked AMaZiNG!! I am thoroughly impressed with the work she did. My brows looks thicker, fuller, darker (ahem- like they exist 100%!) and I feel more radiant than ever! I went for a long walk after just to show my babies off!! ‍ I feel more confident and very satisfied with my decision. Tiffany was so sweet, professional, wise, and intuitively able to connect with me on a deeper level personally and in regards to giving me exactly what I wanted (without much input from me). Her prices are also very affordable for such good quality compared to what some other salons charge. I 100% recommend her! They would always be patchy because hair wouldn't grow evenly. My eyebrow hair was also very light so I found myself filling in my brows constantly. I decided to finally go for nano brows after I saw my aunt. She always had nice eye brows and she told me she had gotten nano strokes done. I was astonished. They looked so natural and the hairstrokes were very realistic. She gets really busy so be prepared to wait a few months. My appointment was in August and I made it back in May. Her studio is super clean. I really enjoyed the music she played but she also offered to play a podcast or other music. You can tell that she really takes her time to make the brows how you want it.
