It took him 3 visits to correct and on one visit the light and backup light in the surgical center failed. Truly, could qualify for medical malpractice if one wished to pursue that. Her vision is .75 in that eye meaning she could use glasses. We had the other eye treated elsewhere and the vision is clear in that eye, no glasses needed. Astigmatism in the eye that Dr M treated is also worse than the other eye. A friend says there he has messed up her treatment as well, but don it know the details. I find it strange that when a patient makes an appointment with a specific doctor and waits until there is an opening to see that doctor that the patient is seen by someone else. I am unsure if the doctor I saw is an optometrist or an ophthalmologist. I addition, it is important for people to know that they add a percentage to credit card payments and do not take checks over $100. Fortunately I have a debit card.

Paperwork was sent to them on Wednesday and a appointment was made for him Friday morning at 7:45am. We arrived this morning for them to turn us away because "they didn't get paperwork" for his doctor fast enough, and BY THE WAY, the laser is not working. When he asked why we had to travel all this way for them to turn us away (we live 30 mins away), they LIED to his face and said they tried to call him several times to cancel the appointment. When my husband said he has proof they never did that, they didn't care. He wanted to showed them the voicemail they left for him Thursday to confirm his appointment, and no where in that voicemail was a cancellation or ANYTHING saying the laser was not working. Who does this? I can't believe a business like this exists. My husband is a very patient person, and I've never seen him this angry. This office is run by pure stupid people, and I hope the women who lied to his face get fired.
