As a matter of principle I refused to walk away and insisted on speaking to the OD. After a long argument I was given a form where I acknowledged having refused retinal screening and got my prescription done. SO choose to skip this place or be ready for a fight to get your $ 39 waived by the good Doctor! Oh yes - he did tell me that if I asked nicely (!) they can easily waive the $ 39 fee. But then you need to complete the long argument with the Front Office first to reach the OD... well .... you choose :-)
