Then a reorder for the frames was done which to shorten the story was never finished because the mfg for the frames drop that line of frames, oh by the way warranty for the frames are not transferable? Had our local Walmart match the lenses to a frame and now the scratch coating coming off the lenses, so I be remiss if I didn't caution anyone to think long on spending close to 5 bills for a set of glasses that need total replacement in 16 months.

Everyone in the office was strictly business which is fine but it made the environment dull. The office itself was nice and clean. They have their own optical department with many choices of good looking glasses to choose from. Nice big parking lot and they didn't keep us waiting the the lobby for too long. Overall, it was a decent experience.

The employee at Eye Associates allowed me to look around and then had me sit down where she had 4 to 5 frames that were frames she felt best suited my face shape. We went from there. At Modern Eyez, I looked around while the employees was finishing up another customer. When I was finished looking, I sat down at one of the stations and the employee asked me if I had found the frames I was interested in. No help. If I wanted, no help, I would go to Costco where frames and lenses are much cheaper. Next time I will go to Eye Associates. Money lost for Modern Eyez.

When I arrived on time today I was told that they don't accept the medic aid vision insurance. I'm very disappointed that they did not inform me of this when I set up the appointment nor prior to the appointment. It was very unprofessional. I don't appreciate my time and gas being wasted like that. I definitely will not be returning after that experience.

It has dwindled to the move them in and move them out mentality and it shows. I have decided to try a new place next year and see how that goes. I want to be treated as a client who has been seeing you for years not as someone you want to get through the service line. I have been wearing eyeglasses since the age of 4 years old. They are a part of who I am. I have spent thousands of dollars on the most fashionable, the thin lenses, the blue lens and more. I wear both Rx glasses and sunglasses. So disappointing to see such a popular business forget that the personal touch is what keeps people coming back.
