I've been coming to Eyeland Lash this past year and I can't speak highly enough of Christine and her shop. She is the owner, very professional, friendly and truly skilled in the art of volume lash extensions! She really has a passion for lashes and you can see it in her work! I remember the first time I got my lashes; she took the time to explain everything about lashes. We talked about what I was looking for (she has a photo book that shows all the lashes they offer) and once we decided, she explained in details the steps involved of applying the lashes. She totally made me feel relax then and still does each time I get a touch up. I have to say that in all of the times I've gone to Christine, I've never have had any issues whatsoever afterwards. Very safe (never have had any infection or any concerns) and seriously my lashes look soooooo gorgeous! I always get the Tahitian Goddess Volume set and love how my lashes look. They are perfect, gorgeous, full and I always get so many compliments on them every single time I get my lashes done. If I could give zero stars, I would. I have had my lashes done here by Julie in the past. They did not stay in very well, so I started using another person. My person was injured so I decided to give Eyeland Lash another try. The owner Christine called me after making an appointment that I could not get a one hour "touch up" because they did not do my original lashes. After having a frustrating and circular conversation I cancelled my appointment that was made 2 hours prior and was charged $69 for the pleasure of her rudeness. Not happy. :( Correction - she charged me $44.50 and it took about 5 minutes for her to run my card. YUCK!!! read more

For the past nine years, I have worn fake eye lashes and have been really comfortable with them. Just recently I have discovered eye lash extensions. This was my first time so I had a lot of questions and a little bit of skepticism. Not only was Christine a sweetheart, but she was professional about her service, knowledgable about the eye lash extensions, and guided me through the two hour process in which she was explaining to me step by step what she was doing. Now that I have my lashes on, I cannot bear to go without them. I wake up in the morning and just put on moisturizer, a little bit of foundation and that is it. BEST lash extensions everrrrr!!! I have always worn strip lashes up until now and let me say i will NEVER go back to strip lashes. The shop is adorable! It's got such a relaxing vibe. I went in to get a full set by Lauren and loved them! The bed you lay on is very comfortable, they even have blankets in case you get cold! Lauren did an amazing job! My lashes are very curly to begin with and they are also a little sparse but when i walked out of that shop i felt like a Diva!!! They were so full and lush! I couldn't even tell i had anything on my eyes, they just felt like feathers! Lauren was so nice and made the whole experience alot of fun. Christine is absolutely amazing! I can't say enough good things about her work. She is an artist and makes my eyes look terrific. I've been getting my lashes done by her for about 8 months and I haven't had to take a break. My natural lashes are thin and delicate, yet she can make them look voluminous. I have such added confidence with my new beautiful glamorous "look". I love being able to go to the gym at 5:30 a.m. and not have to worry about putting on mascara. Yes, I wore mascara even to the gym as my natural lashes are so thin and blond that I seriously looked like I didn't have lashes without mascara (I felt like a lizard..lol). Now, I just run out the door. Being able to throw out the mascara is a life changer. I also have very sensitive skin so I worried about a reaction to the glue. She uses a special glue for sensitive folks like me and I've been just fine. The experience is very relaxing and Christina has a heated, very comfy bed. I usually fall asleep while she is putting on the lashes. You can even pick your favorite music. I find I look forward to my appointments it is relaxing. I'm picky about my eyes, as we are all, and I so glad that I was referred to Christina as I know she will take careful care of my eyes and have me looking beautiful! read more

BEWARE: If you call to cancel an appointment, make sure you ask for the name of the person you spoke with, and log everything about the call. I canceled an appointment a week ago and was just informed that since I didn't show up to my appointment today, I would still be charged $150.00. WHAT? I canceled, was told it was all set, and now I'm being charged? Terrible customer service. I had my eyelashes done somewhere cheap, a groupon deal, NOT this salon. They were bothering me and I wanted to get them removed. I think I was allergic-I was told that it's rare. I talked to people on the phone several times throughout the day. No other salon took my call or could help me, I was at work and I didn't know when I would be able to come in. They stayed open for me. Everyone, especially my lash artist was very cordial and accommodating of me. The place was very clean. They also sell clothes and jewelry. Cute stuff. My lash artist was so nice, professional, and gentle even though I walked in with a grumpy bitchy attitude. I would recommend their service 1000%. I hope I showed my gratitude. I will be back to buy clothes and other accessories from this business, based on their going out of their way for me. My eyes feel 100% better. Thank you, to the angel that did my removal. Eyeland Lash is really the best place to go for lash extensions in Orange County. Christine has been doing my lashes since prior to opening Eyeland Lash, and I would never go anywhere else. Christine did an excellent job putting on my eyelash extensions. I wanted them to look naturally done not super fake looking. Cost: $270 for full set. The only reason I gave Eyeland Lash a 2 star rating is because I had an allergic reaction to the glue they used. Unfortunately, this isn't the 1st time I reacted to the glue they use. I just had to try them again because the concept of not using mascara everyday is so appealing. Plus, no mascara residue. When I had my eyelashes done in London, UK, I had no reaction. My eyelids were perfectly fine. But after having them done here at Eyeland Lash my eyelids have been peeling and the lash line has been very itchy for the last 6 days. Sadly I have itch out a lot of the lashes. I truly wish they could use the same products as you would find at Debenhams on Oxford Street, London UK. It is possible that I may have just slowly developed this allergy over time:( read more
