She went on to say that they called me three days ago (when, on Sunday, or Saturday? Either day, we all know it wasn't 3 days ago...just try getting your eye doctor on the phone on a weekend), but she went on to say my phone number was no good....so, I'll just have to pay the $25 AND if I'd like, I can call back tomorrow if I want to reschedule a visit (but I have to pay the fee first). Says it is "their policy" to bill all patients who don't show up for appointments a "no show" fee.
