Working in the medical field for many years now you come to learn that working with an elder as a patient is something else, specially someone who has experience trauma of any sort. My mother had a dog bite her in the face and damages many teeth and gums which didn't heal properly. Any visit to the dentist that she has is not only uncomfortable for her but embarrassing. Everyone here from the staff to dentist make her feel welcome and comfortable. They work with her and understand that when she's picky or demanding it's just frustration on her part because shes had to go through visits out the routine. It was great I got there early was seen but just the wait time was a little long for my turn , other than that the female doctor was nice and courteous and staff .They kind of distracted me for waiting by watching a movie while in my chair thats new to me, x ray guy needed more training he kept adjusting because he was getting the wrong pictures so just a little bit more training is frustrating to keep adjusting the mouth piece and your jaw gets tired. read more

After sufering for a week because of one of my wisdom tooth and after I tried another dentist that dismissed any problem with the tooth in question I decided to get it fixed at a different dentist. I found Nguyen Dental here on Yelp and all I can say that they were great, I had the tooth extracted, everybody was so nice and attentive, harder and harder to find these qualities these days when everyone is so focused on money. I went back after 2 weeks for deep cleaning and I'm very pleased with my new dentist. I don't easily give a 5 star rating but this is definitely one. read more

I have recommended Nguyen Dental to all my coworkers. I love them all! All the employees there are amazing, helpful and super friendly. I have been with them for about 3 years now and they have done a great job since I've been with them. Dr Nguyen is the best, he always explains everything to you prior to getting your work done and he is a miracle worker. From root canals to extractions and minor fillings he has done it all for me and I have had no complaints. Julio usually does my cleaning an he is magnificent, the girls Karen, Maria and Daniella are always willing to explain how my insurance works and what the plan is to get my teeth at 100 percent. I've always been one of those people who hated dentists, I've been to several offices and my experiences there were absolutely terrible! Either the dentist would be unsympathetic, mocking, or just rude. When I started coming here I was a little skeptical but after a few visits I now can confidently give my personal rating. 5 stars! I recently went for an extraction and the owners (as I was told) were there and one of them applied the anesthesia and it was on point I didn't even feel the tooth pop out. I wasn't in any pain even after the anesthesia wore off, I also was even able to go to work that very night. I personally think they're very fair when it comes down financially, they'll work with you. I really reccomend this place. read more

One of the best dental offices you will ever need to go to! From the moment you come in for your first visit, you will not want to switch to any other dentist. I have been a patient of Dr. Minh Nguyen for years. I now live Orange County and still make the drive out to LA for my dental work. Dr. Minh Nguyen and his staff are always friendly, helpful, and patient with you. They take the time to make sure you are comfortable with all your procedures. I love the fact that they break down every dental work you need done, step by step so you always know how far along you have come in terms of taking care of your dental health. They even call you to remind you of upcoming scheduled appointments and they do their best to schedule you in. I admit, I did not take the best care of my teeth prior to visiting Dr. Minh Nguyen, but thanks to his fantastic work, I am very close to having fully healthy teeth. On a final note, Dr. Minh Nguyen's new facility is amazing!!! Everything is so clean and organized. Very state-of-the-art equipment! I love that you can watch movies while you wait right there in the patient's chair. The new office give you a spa vibe more than a dental office, definitely a plus if you are someone that despises going to the dentist. Great service, great staff, great experience. Came in here after not going to a dentist in about 4 years. After a while, I thought it was about time to come in and get my wisdom teeth pulled, especially after one tooth in particular was causing me much pain. I thought that I would get it checked out, then given a separate day to come back in and get it taken care of. Lucky for me, the tooth was extracted the same day! I also had my teeth cleaned and was informed of future work I would need. Definitely sticking here and recommending to my friends. read more
