So...They refused a refund and insisted that they had a warranty, so if the oven was not working properly, they would come out and fix it. They made a third appt to come to fix my oven 12 between 8 and 12.(three mornings I took off work for Dave's). At 9:45 AM I got a call saying the tech would be here in 20 minutes. 5 minutes later I got another call saying they would be charging me another $139 service call because there was nothing wrong with my oven. I went through the whole mess again but they insisted nothing was wrong with my oven and that if they came out, I would have to pay another $139. Last night I googled the problem with my oven. It talked about reasons the oven would do what mine is doing and it all involved adjustments that could/should be made to the back of the oven. The two technicians from Dave's who came the first time never moved my oven. They assumed that the problem was my spill-mat and walked out. When I called them back saying I was still having the problem when the spill-mat was not being used they have balked and blamed me and told me there was nothing wrong and.....My only recourse is to sue them for my $139 back so I can get honest folks to fix my oven.
