I lost a $620 wool comforter, the $61 Tide cleaning fee, and the duvet cover I can no longer return. I'm not even sure what to do at this point. What an awful and unprofessional business. I need to give this social media attention and file with small claims court. I did some research and called around and another cleaner recommended this place. If you drop off by 10am you can pick up after 5 the same day! Glory be to the dry cleaning Gods! When I dropped off this morning at the counter they counted everything out, checked it all and got me out of there in 5 mins. Zarrin was the first to respond and beat out the other places in terms of price by as much as $30 compared to one place. Making an appointment to fit my schedule was a breeze and when I came in the place was well kept and clean. Zarrin was very sweet she got the job done in a week, well before I needed it. The end result was perfect and the dress still has so much length and is just above the tips of my toes so it doesn't drag on the floor.
