Very disappointed never going back I said shoulder length and ended up two inches off my shoulders, it has caused me frustration along with embarrassment. It is truly disappointing how this establishment focuses more on getting people in and out of the door rather than providing their customers with a good experience. I don't know who cut my hair -- I'm assuming Karla, the owner because it's a very small place with just three chairs. I walked in around 4:30pm without an appointment and she was finishing up a man's hair cut. She was able to cut my hair right away while another women was waiting on her hair coloring/highlights (whatever it was). Her assistant, employee, or partner was nearby, so I assumed she was tending to the other woman. I'm really bad at taking care of my hair, and she managed to cut my hair just the way I like it. Nothing fancy - trim, layers, and getting some weight out. She was a straight laced lady who didn't try to chat me up, which I'm perfectly fine with. She asked basic questions to get a better understanding of what I wanted, and it ended up just the way I like it. Last year, I paid $70 for a cut I ended up not liking, so this was a steal! Carmen gave me the best layered cut I've ever had. I have very long hair, that tangles easily. I've paid more than 4 times the price for a haircut when I lived in San Francisco. She gave me tips on shampoos & ways to manage my tangly hair. For only $25 she cut my hair without even needing to wet it entirely. I can't believe the results. I asked her if layered cuts were harder to do, & she said yes, but she was able to create a beautiful cut so easily. She is a master with her scissors, & has many years of experience. You really should go to Carmen if you want a beautiful cut. Plus, she blow dryed & cut it without charging me more. read more

DON'T GO THERE! I unfortunately did not read the bad reviews. I only read the good ones and after going there, I discovered that the bad ones were true. She literally spent less than 5 min on my hair. I told her can you make it wet using the sink water instead of the spray, so you Can cut better. She said, I don't have time. And she kept taking people in the last half an hour of her shift, so she got overwhelmed and did whatever. My cut was pretty bad and I went to a different salon, cheaper one, for a literally better cut. Glad I didn't give her tip! read more

I am SUPER picky about my hair, and after reading the rave reviews on Yelp I decided to try EZ Cut out, and I'm so happy I did! Karmen was amazing and gave me exactly what I wanted. My hair is super wavy, and usually stylists cut it so it frizzes out and looks like a poodle and I've had my fair share of horrendous haircuts. I went in with a picture and came out with my hair looking exactly like it. Karmen was super-friendly, and I let her do whatever she wanted to my hair without having my heart beat in my mouth (a first). Same value as all those 5-8 bucks haircuts but for $14. Older lady does not really care about your haircut and does not do any detailing or even attempt to even out your hair. Haircut was very fast which really explains its poor quality. IMHO you will be better off just getting your haircut for 5 bucks somewhere else since it will be the same value. Why pay more? Only plus of this place - no lines and very easy to walk in, probably due to their bad haircutting. read more

Karmen is the best ! I got my pink color trendy highlights there and love it . Price is very reasonable , starts at $65 and you get a treatment and blow dry with it as well. Salon is nice and clean. Customer service is professional. There is plenty of parking on the street as well. read more

I literally just made a yelp account for the sole purpose of getting to write a review for this place. Called in at noon, got an appt at 1:30. Had long blonde hair, wanted a pixie cut. It took 15 mins and looks f-ing incredible. The sweetest sweetest Armenian ladies working their, gave me tips on bleach that will not dry my hair out. Very fast, very skilled.
