Went here for the first time last Friday on the recommendation from one of my girlfriends. I have never tried threading before but I am SO A FAN NOW! Will never wax again. I've been going to this place since they were in the kiosk, in the middle of the mall downstairs. That was YEARS ago! I've never had any issues and I always love my end result walking out of the shop. I've also never really had a regular eyebrow lady but I do believe I have found her. I waited a little while to get my brows done as I was trying to grow them out. I decided to go on a Monday after work, I was greeted by Deep (hope I spelled it right). She was sweet and VERY personable, like an old friend lol. I let her know how I wanted my brows and she executed effortlessly! My brows were so clean and arched but still thick, just how I requested. EZ Eyebrow is the best...I used to go to the I Brow Bar in Pinole...Not anymore since discovering this gem at Hilltop Mall. I had never tried threading until I came here and I will NEVER wax again. I have really sensitive skin and I turn extremely red after waxing. i turn a little red after threading, but nothing like waxing at all. And it doesn't irritate my skin after like waxing can sometimes. I have been here a few times now and its a great litte place. It is never a long wait and is quick and inexpensive. No chemicals or products, just thread and skill. The ladies who work here are very nice as well. I like it and will continue to go here. =) read more

My daughter has had several eyebrow threading done here and their service on those were good. However, on a recent visit, she decided to try the henna tattoo. The lady who did her eyebrow said the usual henna lady isn't there but she can do it too, so we paid for a regular henna. The price was more expensive than going to Berkeley. I would have been ok with the price difference for not having to drive to and park in Berkeley, had the product been acceptable. Unfortunately, the finished product was so simplistic it looked like a 10-year old kid drew it. I didn't bother asking for correction because I don't think there was anything she could have done if what she did was the extent of her best work for a paid service. It was so bad, my daughter tried to wash it off as soon as we got home. I don't know if the lady was the owner or an employee. However, my advice to the establishment is you'd rather let a sale go if you can't deliver it competently; than to have your customer pay for a bad product. I am only giving them 1 star so I can post this review. I had the worst experience here yesterday and I'll never go back. I went in to get my eyebrows cleaned up, they did not need any shaping- just a few hairs here and there. So first, I go in and don't get acknowledged for a good 10 mins, then the lady, (Dima, was her name) had no clue about services listed on the menu, which should have been my cue to leave considering she was completely incompetent. Continuing, my mom got serviced first, she threaded her eyebrows and ehh they were alright the looked basically the same and threaded her upper lip which was bull because my mom doesn't have hair there, all in all it took 2 mins for her to be finished. Now it was my turn- I sit in the chair and about 2 mins later, before I even look in the mirror she yells, "NEXT!" I look in the mirror and my eyebrows are completely uneven and atrocious! I am mortified at this point and tell her she needs to fix it, she sits me down and spends maybe 30 seconds and to my horror they are even worse when I look again! My mom has already paid and there's no way in hell I want this lady to touch my eyebrow again! I go to the little nail salon and pay to have them wax my eyebrows to make them at least somewhat even. Decide I need to go back and get my moms money back and the "manager" is just as stupid as the lady who messed up my eyebrows in the first place! She has the audacity to tell me my eyebrows look fine- well NO SHIT they just got fixed! She shoves my money at me and laughs at me! NEVER WILL I EVER EVER GO BACK HERE AND I SERIOUSLY SUGGEST TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR EYEBROWS TO LOOK HORRIBLE! read more

One of my go to brow places, they do a great job and in my opinion threading lasts longer than waxing. The prices are great. Be aware that only two of the ladies are good, but one-and I didn't catch her name- always leaves a hole in my left brow.....wtf?? anyway I try to avoid her. I think she is the youngest of the three. read more

This review is long overdue. Nonetheless, in an effort to pay it forward it is that I am taking the time to write this honest review. For the last 5+ years I have been seeing Anoopa at EZ Eybrow for my eyebrow threading and cannot imagine having my eyebrows done by anyone else. As a busy graduate and law student, I have sought to have my eyebrows done by many places that are closer to home, specifically Berkeley, only to end-up with butchered and thin-looking eyebrows. Not good. In my time experimenting with various eyebrow threading salons, I have learned that I cannot find an expert eyebrow threader like Anoopa in all of the Bay Area. This is my true testament as a die-hard eyebrow connoisseur. In all honesty, I must say that Anoopa is worth the trip to the Richmond Hilltop Mall. Also, it is worth saying that Anoopa is always kind, generous, and therapeutic in her services. I have not encountered a kinder more expert esthetician than Anoopa. I am grateful to have found such a trusting esthetician as Anoopa and I look forward to seeing her for my eyebrow threading in the years to come. so i have been here many times but i swear am never going back again .... it all started with this lady who was watching tv ...it was some indian show ...there was no customers ...i walk in and she starts threading i clearly told her.just to clean and do not touch the side of eye...she freaking spoilt my eyebrows made it shorter ...i was so mad. i was so mad coz iam here leaving for vacation...look at the guts of this person says no sorry ...and says its not her fault .... why do they wana do the job where they cant think and concentrate...i waited on my eyebrows and since that time there wasnt any good threading place around so i decided to go there again but this time i wanted the other lady to do it ....now thos lady told me she will charge me extra coz i have lot of hair ...i mean are u serious...firstly its expensive already....now u telling me you charging me on the amount of hair .... i bet if i have less hair they will still charge me normal .... totally hate their service....if any of you read this and do threading here my advice there is a new threading place opened in front of san pablo casino in the shopping plaza beside citi bank ...they are way cooler and way cheaper .... read more

this place is ok. i like my eyebrows but the lady i get,anoopa, does it very painful!!! but other than that pretty good!
