I had issues with a toilet constantly running resulting in the tank constantly having to refill. Additionally, the shut off valve, when fully closed, would allow water to continue to pass through. My home warranty service hired CM Plumbing to complete the work order. I'm almost certain the owner of CM Plumbing was the person that arrived. He arrived on time, was very positive, transparent and clear with what he was going to do, how he was going to proceed, and was very pleasant to work with. I felt safe having him in my home. I would use CM Plumbing again for plumbing jobs even if not using my home warranty company. read more

CM Plumbing Services was sent to my house through my home warranty company, First American, to diagnose a very loud screeching noise in our pipes whenever water was running. To their credit, the technician did correctly identify the issue as a failing pressure regulator. But that's where things started to feel questionable. I was told the repair required a "pipe modification" and was quoted $425 out of pocket. Anyone who has dealt with home warranties knows that once the word "modification" is used, First American immediately denies coverage. That effectively made the entire repair my responsibility. Instead of paying $425, I took First American's measly $50 cash-out option and hired my own plumber for a second opinion. He replaced the pressure regulator for $225 and confirmed there was absolutely no pipe modification needed. So what should have been a simple pressure regulator replacement turned into a quote for hundreds of dollars for work that wasn't even necessary. If you're assigned CM Plumbing through a home warranty, I strongly recommend getting a second opinion before agreeing to any "modification" charges. Very disappointing experience. read more

CM Plumbing was Recommend by our Home Insurance. Loved this company. From the time our home insurance company created the request on Sat 4/18/26 within 24 hours not including weekends. Christine from there office reach out first thing Monday morning 4/20/26 and scheduled us with 4 hour time frame. On Tuesday from 8A-12P 4/21/26 Casey Service Techician came on time and assessed our water heater. He gave both my husband and I his finding. Informed us they will contact our insurance what's covered and what we would decide after. Again less than 24 hours Christine got back to me via text on Wed 4/22/26 since unable to answer had a medical emergency. But as soon as I was able called her back. What our insurance covered a new water heater. Only thing not covered modification to code. Had to pay out of pocket. When we decided within a day my husband and I decide on 4/23/26 will be able to come up with the extra funds . Contact Christine to be schedule since Saturday 4/25/26 open up. Booked right away to get done. Then Service Technician Casey came out earlier than the 4 hours time frame. We didn't mine we made sure stayed home just to wait for him. Since he completed job early. My husband and I was still able to enjoyed our Sat late Brunch with each other. He completed installing our New Water Heater modified to code. And taken our old water heater and left area clean prior to leaving he given us final instruction and informed us what he did accompanied with invoice for us to sign. Another great experience with CM Plumbing! This time it was my toilet. It was making Flushing noises so I asked if Sam can come out and take a look. Not only did he take his time to check all possible reasons why it was making noises, he took the time to show me and explain what the problem was and told me that I needed the fill valve replaced. My warranty company assigned my shower cartridge issue to another company who did not follow through and I was finally able to have my request routed to CM plumbing. I spoke to Crystal and she has always been so polite and helpful and she got the appointments scheduled for me and Chris came out and installed the new cartridge. He also gave me some tips to reduce the buildup in our lines and also explained how to replace the cartridge myself if I needed to. CM plumbing is honest, reliable, knowledgeable and friendly. He did not try to upsell any other services and solved our leaking shower inside the wall quickly and without added cost over the AHS rate. I have a home warranty so thought it was good Ng to be a breeze to resolve a leaking kitchen faucet. Good old FA referred me to PLWR Plumbing. They stayed there would be an out of pocket cost as they had to do a modification to install a new faucet and repair the angle stop. (both are covered). I call this Bogus and reached out to CM Plumbing. Spoke with Crystal. Got a quote for repair $300. They were out the next day and fixed the issue without the so called modification indicated as needed. David was a pleasant professional plumber and was done in an hour. Not only was he inexperienced and unknowledgeable but he DID NOT make an effort or spend reasonable time to assess our issues. He was looking at our pipes and valves for like 5 mins - didn't know what's going on then called someone for an opinion. He said it was our irrigation system problem which was totally false. He also said the irrigation pipe was leaking - No, there was no leak from there. We then explained that even when the irrigation system was shut off, we had the same issues in the house!!! Asked them to send us an experienced tech to look at our problem again. Well, they told us to request a second opinion- (thank god, AHS sent us another company who finally found a real issue!!) During the complaint process, they did not get back to us and ignored our phone calls. (They stopped answering my calls but when I used my husband's phone, they picked up right away!) I just wanted to say this to them. Please listen to your customers, and you guys should hire more knowledgeable people. It was not just about getting covered by AHS or not, we really wanted to find our problems and fix it! Had an outdoor faucet leaking water. Noticed it right before a weekend and was worried about water running all weekend. (We diverted water to garden and lawn to prevent waste). Called our home warranty and were assigned CM Plumbing Services. I left a message with CM Plumbing; however, they were not open on Saturday's. I received a call from CM Plumbing on Monday and was able to get an appointment on Tuesday. Plumber came out and he quickly identified the issue and explained what was needed to fix leak. He was on time, very friendly, knowledgeable, and communicated well. Unfortunately, he didn't have the part in his truck and scheduled appt to come by next day.
