The transaction went through, my credit card was charged, and I received a confirmation email. On their website they said the earliest pick up time was 10:30a. I wrote a note saying I will pick up the order at 11:30a. The next day I drove to the florist shop and arrived at the hotel only to find that they had cancelled my order and had notified me via email two hours before my pick up time. The florist said they were booked with a wedding and were unable to fulfill my order. I was unable to find an alternative with such short notice and showed up to my event empty handed. UPDATE: it has been 13 days since I placed my order with this company and have yet to receive my refund. When I tried to call the phone number provided, it's a Google voice number that no one picks up. I sent two emails and there has been zero communication. This company stole $500 from me. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

The lady who helped us was very friendly and welcoming. There were 3 set prices... $130, $160, $200. The difference between all 3 prices are the amount of flowers that will be on the spray. We chose the one @ $160 which is a great price. It will come with pink, lavender, and white flowers along with the string banner. You may choose the colors you want and they'll choose the flowers that correspond to the chosen colors. You may also have something written on the string banner as long as it fits. We paid cash for it. One of my other aunt also ordered from here same day. The lady waived the delivery fee since both of us ordered from here as a courtesy to us. Thank you so much miss! And their team was really fast setting up both our ceremony and reception decor in 2 separate locations. I love that the process with meeting up with them and discussing the theme was very easy and didn't include so many individual prices for each item/flower. I asked for a romantic, spring garden theme with light pastel lavender, blush, cream, and white colors.
