Thank you EZ Nails for taking me in today! I was in urgent need of a new set for my Wedding this Saturday and Tyler can thru and saved me. Thank you! Overall lovely service. Will definitely come again. Long story short I had an old set I had gotten done elsewhere and I didn't like the finish product. I was able to find this place through a recommendation from a lively lady at the Post Office!

paid $120 just for my nails to look horrible a few days later. I hated them as soon as they got done. Steve used all big gems because he was rushing. I said I was going to come back the next day to get them fixed, but every time I went in, one time w an appointment, they were "too busy" to fix them.

First time customer and definitely will be going back! I requested Emma and she made my nails look so good and she was amazing!!

I have been here before but I had not posted a review. I went yesterday and "Chi" did my nails and gave me a gel polish in my toes and she literally did everything to perfection. Chi took her time with my gel fill, she was not rough, she was not tacky, and she really repaired my nails with perfection. Chi was also very nice, and she had a really good attitude!! She also had a sense of humor and her energy was great. She designed my nails and found the color that I was looking for and I will definitely be back again she is definitely my new nail tech!!

Chi IS NO JOKE! I don't want to see anybody else, not that they aren't good but they aren't Chi! ITS CHI FOR ME!!! I lowkey didn't want to post this bc I don't like ppl finding out about my ppl and/or plugs but let me not gate keep bc I really wish someone would've told me about her 7 years ago when I first moved to Antioch. Now I won't lie, it's ain't cheap but the quality is WORTH IT! I got this set done on Jan 2nd. It's Feb 2nd, I'm about to go in for a fill when they open, and baby these nails have held on! The only reason I'm missing ONE nail and the middle finger is chipped is bc I fell while I was drunk on some bday shenanigans! Chi was very sweet and kind. The shops vibe is very welcoming. I like the seating section bc it's actually comfy. Chi listened to what I wanted, then went above and beyond my expectations. Baby these stiletto nails were so sharp I was accidentally scratching and poking myself, and my man... He'll be fine! After about a week they dulled down a little, but maintained the stiletto point. I got so many compliments and I can't wait to go back for my Navy Blue Matte and gold dip!

Makes me sad to write this review because since moving back to the area (4 months) I've been going here and have never been disappointed. Today I went in for a pedicure and full set. I usually get my fills done by the tech who sits 3rd seat from the door and with how grown out my natural nails are she suggested next time I remove them and get a fresh set. Today after my pedicure, Mia did my nails. I told her I wanted a new set and noticed she was in a rush. There was a woman behind me badgering her to do her nails next. I noticed she didn't remove my nails but just gave me a fill and shortened my extension to match my natural nail length. She was in such a rush she filed my skin a couple times and once with the electric filer - I started bleeding. No apologies. I gave her a simple design instead of my initial french tip decision and it absolutely did not look like the picture. She was just in a rush to the point where she just wanted to get to the next client regardless of how the nails looked and what I wanted. Some of the gold flakes are still exposed even after the top coat. After literally pouring the oil all over my hands and then telling me to wash my hands, I walk back to where I was sitting and she had already grabbed my phone and purse and set it to the front of the shop for me to pay. The next client was already in my seat. Word of advice, manage scheduling better. I would have waited for any other tech in the shop if it meant I'd have a tech who would take their time, not hurt me, and give me what I was looking for. Previous techs at this shop have done amazing on my nails but this time was enough for me to not come back. Scheduling a color/design change else where for tomorrow.

This is the worst nail shop ever!!!!!! I got gel x nails that I was excited about because I usually drive to Walnut Creek to get them done so it was nice to go somewhere closer to home. After a week the nails started to fall off. If anyone knows gel x nails last an extremely long time! I returned after two weeks and only 6/10 nails standing to get them removed and they charged me for it and tried to say it was my fault. Ridiculous. It's Poot customer service to charge people for your lack of capabilities. This is why you should just stick to what works. I could've returned to my original nail shop and paid them to take them off! I came back to this terrible establishment to FIX WHAT THEY MESSED UP ON! read more

This review is about my recent pedicure experience as my first timer here. I've been getting regular pedicures for months now since gel had weaken my nails and I'm used to waiting for them to dry at salons and the whole being careful with slippers process. Anyways the service and ambiance here is very nice and the pedicure and massage itself was great HOWEVER the way the polish was applied from the get go was beyond sloppy and lowkey lazy. Not only did I leave with 2 nails already messed up (she tried fixing it by applying more polish over which I knew was a bad idea) but the closer I looked at my toes once I got to my car half my toes weren't even painted! It was hard to tell since I picked a sparkly color for the reason being that I know if mistakes happen they're less obvious to see. Eventually I got a text message to call the salon to let them know about my experience and I told them everything and from what I was told their policy is non existent if you get regular polish??? It only matters if you get gel.. Out of all the salons I've been to in my life this is the first time I ever hear of such "policy" lol. If anything nail salons let you go back to get them fixed within few days?? I guess I'm just disappointed because I felt like I got robbed $35 haha. Like I said it wasn't only the fact some nails got messed up while in the salon but it was rushed and sloppy. So if you get regular polish be aware of their "policy" or simply get gel :) Guess I won't be going back. read more

I wanted to update my review from a few months prior as I had only gotten my nails done . Earlier today I went in for a pedicure and I requested Chi because she does my dip manicure like no one else can . Once again, it was absolutely perfection. Her attention to detail is unmatched, she always picks the best color for me (I can never decide with their huge selection ) and she gave the best scrub and massage . So glad to have found EZnails but more especially Chi. read more

Went in for a FILL on Wednesday. She took 3 hours for a fill. She was shaping for so long and charged $60! So overpriced. She also didn't add the clear coat over one of my nails. I didn't notice this until the next day. She also cut my cuticle twice! I told her it hurt but she didn't say anything and seemed mad. Definitely never coming in again. read more

I went here today just to have my nails cut down. The lady immediately looked at my nails and started speaking in her language then was very hesitant. She then started speaking to the male in there in her language and said let me check schedule and said oh no we can't do it don't have time. It was clear that she just did not want to do it. I went to Vanna's nails across the street and they did it right away. It was a simple job so I'm thinking they did not want to do it because they rather do a full set. My nails were just done a couple of days ago so I didn't need a fill just a cut down. I will never go back to this place they made me feel so uncomfortable and was not welcoming at all. read more

Steve and the entire staff at EZ Nails salon in Antioch (also has a location in Concord) are absolutely the best! The salon is always a clean, quiet and relaxing environment. Steve has been doing my nails for the past 3 years and he has always been efficient, polite and sooo accommodating! Any style I have asked for he has delivered without fail. I highly recommend any nail tech in the salon as they are all amazing. I am so happy to have a salon convenient to home and work and I appreciate all of their hard work. I want to preface with the fact that I chose this place because of the Yelp reviews (+pics and ig) and had a friend suggest it so I really came in with high hopes. I really wanted to love this place but I'm just so sad with how my nails turned out. I brought my picture in and was really hopeful for a replica but it just looks messy. I do LOVE the shape I think that part looks beautiful but the polish on top is just not it. It's messy and on one of the nails there's a thread that made it onto the polish and is gelled on now. I feel like this design wasn't intricate enough for my nails to not be the same as the pic I showed. I'm going to have to get them fixed because I really dislike how they turned out compared to what I had envisioned and shown. Everyone was very kind and like I said, I love the shape I am just super disappointed by the design because even from far you can tell it's messy. I'm new to the contra costa county and it's my first time trying a nail place out here but I feel that $75 was more expensive than any places I've been to in Santa Clara county for this type of design, as well. read more

I was very unhappy with my pedicure. One of my nails was messed up but I didn't complain but when he was supposed to be giving me a jelly pedicure which he didn't but was going to charge me if I said nothing and he was GOING to charge me and let me leave with my feet messed up. I had the polish taken off and a clear coat put on because I had no more time to waste. Was told I wouldn't be charged for gel which I clearly had to have taken off so he act like he was giving me a deal because they messed up which didn't happen. I just moved to the area and I'm in search of a GREAT nail salon. After considering the reviews and the location I chose EZ Nails. The space is clean and the equipment looks newer, I have no complaints in that area. I paid $90 for a regular manicure/pedicure, which I'm not opposed to paying for. However, I do have a level of expectation when I pay that price for my services. I chose to treat myself to their "luxury pedicure" which turned out to be nothing more than what I'm used to receiving for a regular pedicure elsewhere. Their polishes are on the lower quality end, resulting in not getting the actual color you choose. I appreciate their efforts but needless to say this won't be "my spot." read more

Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The nail technician was very pushy about what she thought would look best on me instead of listening to what I requested. I normally get a short-to-medium coffin shape because of my job, but she repeatedly insisted that a coffin shape couldn't be done at that length. I've had that shape and length many times before, so this was confusing. I also asked for an ombré design, but the final result looked completely different from what I requested. In hindsight, I should have spoken up, but I was on my way to a wedding and didn't have time to have them redone. The most concerning part was that I developed an infection on my right middle finger afterward. That was extremely disappointing and raises concerns about sanitation practices. Also my nails broke within a few days... Based on my experience, I will not be returning and cannot recommend this salon.

The place is super cute w/ a floral wall, cute furniture, amazing massage chairs, and fun music to listen to. Nice and clean, they give you a free bottle of water, and lots of color options on the wall. Very friendly ladies & my gel mani lasted almost 4 weeks! Plus they give you a little card for $20 off when you hit your 6th visit. Went back today and my nails look so pretty!! Thank you ladies! New/repeat customer here

It took 3 hours for us to be done and the person that did my pedicure nipped me with the nail cutter and apologized and didn't want to clip the rest of my nails so she said I will file them... I clearly asked not to cut my toe nail at an angel so I won't develop an ingrown toe nail.but she cut and started pulling the end back. So I asked her to stop right away... will definitely not be back.she also used an orange red under the red glitter color for my toes color that I didn't ask for, so my toes and hands are two different colors!

Unbeknownst to me at the time, I'm allergic to a chemical found in gel polish as well as the solution used to build acrylic and gel nails. The reaction causes my skin to burn, blister, itch, and swell all at once. Now that I'm fully aware of this allergy, I only get dip nails. On 5/24/26, I called and made an appointment at Crystal's. I couldn't remember the original tech's (James)name because it had been years since I'd been back after previously experiencing an allergic reaction from gel polish used on my toes by another staff member. My appointment was at 11:00 AM, and they took me right on time. Initially, everyone was friendly. The woman who did my pedicure was very nice. However, when the male tech,not James, started my nails, I became concerned because he began filing my nails down instead of soaking them off, which is how every other salon I've visited handles dip removal. When I asked about it, he told me, "Oh, we don't do that anymore." The tech then started applying a thick paste-like overlay to my nails. I immediately said, "Wait, I want dip nails." He responded, "Yes, I know," and continued applying the product. Although the nails looked nice cosmetically, I knew something was wrong. By the time I got home, I started experiencing the same burning sensation that I had before during allergic reactions. I called the salon and asked to speak with the owner, but I was told she was not working that day. I explained what was happening and was instructed to come back in. Upon my return, the friendly atmosphere was completely gone. The staff repeatedly insisted that all of their powders were dip powders and explained that they simply do dip "a different way." They removed my nails while speaking loudly in another language, and the tech removing them was rough and visibly irritated. I was refunded my money and left, but there was still residue left on my nails. At that point, I didn't even feel comfortable saying anything further because I was made to feel like I was the problem. Needless to say, my fingers are now swollen because the dip was done "a different way", not the way James originally did them, and not the way any other salon has done my dip nails successfully without causing a reaction. My only recommendation is this: If a customer specifically asks for dip nails, please make sure there is a clear understanding of the process being used and the products involved, especially when allergies are communicated. Also... where is James?

They also have a great selection of cat eye polish, which I love. The ladies were sweet and the gentleman in the salon was very energetic. Great vibes. We loved our luxury aloe pedicures and left refreshed and smooth from the sugar scrub, aloe, and paraffin wax treatments. Not to mention too the massage was well received. I would definitely go back the next time go out to visit the area.

The vibes are very calm as well, good r&b or pop music is often playing, and I realize I'm not really hit with those toxic nail polish fumes when I'm in there as they usually keep the A/C running or have a good airflow in their place. Overall, I come here when I know I need my nails done by people who care. Also, I love that Sophie is easy to reach when it comes to making an appointment. She is so responsive & sweet! I really enjoy coming here and catching up with the women that run this space.

The shape of my nails was really bad, and the sides were uneven where they were cut upward. I actually had to go home and fix them and reshape them myself. There was also product all over my cuticles and underneath, which looks super messy. For a first visit, especially as a referral, I expected much better. I paid $70 for the nails and still tipped her, but honestly it was a waste of my money. I rarely leave reviews, but this was so disappointing enough I had to share. The only positive was that my pedicure turned out great. I paid $145 total, complete joke. When it's a first time customer who drove from Lodi to Oakley from a referral you'd think you'd take ur time. They look gross. So disappointed. And it's the owner Lily who did my nails. Nobody rushed me with "hello what do you want" or shoved a color wall in my face before I even sat down. I actually felt like a person, not just another number to get in and out. It wasn't until I was sitting there that I realized how used to bad treatment I'd gotten. Other salons trained me without me even noticing, packed into a tiny space, treated like I'm on a conveyor belt, rushed out before my nails even had time to properly dry. I had honestly forgotten my time and my experience mattered. Delane's brought that back for me. The professionalism was on another level too. No games with the price going up if you don't tip in cash, which is honestly tacky and rude and tells you exactly how little they think of their customers. Nobody crowding me in next to three other people either. It was calm, it was peaceful, it actually felt relaxing instead of stressful. And the cleanliness. Towels were fresh, equipment looked properly cleaned, none of that murky blue water sitting in a dirty container that's clearly been there for who knows how long. Even the bathroom was clean, and that alone tells you a lot about how a place is really run. I'm disappointed to write this review for EZ Nails, especially after the great reviews I had read. Today was my first visit to this salon. Upon entering, I was asked what services I wanted, and I requested a gel pedicure and a full set of nails. After a short wait, I was escorted to the pedicure chair. Unfortunately, the pedicure was subpar. The technician barely scrubbed my feet and didn't clean thoroughly between my nails. I decided to overlook it and move on. Next came the nail set. After my pedicure, I waited in the chair until a technician approached to confirm my request for a full set of almond-shaped, nude pink nails. Despite my clear instructions, the technician seemed rushed from the start. He repeatedly left my station to attend to other tasks, which significantly delayed the process. It took over an hour to complete my nails, and the end result was unsatisfactory. Throughout this, there was no apology for the interruptions or the poor service. If the salon couldn't dedicate the necessary time for my appointment, they should have informed me so I could take my business elsewhere. Overall, this was a frustrating experience. I paid a considerable amount for poorly executed services. I do not recommend EZ Nails. read more

I am absolutely flabbergasted at how much I love this place I've been to places all over Concord, Antioch, Walnut Creek, Brentwood etc.! The ambience of their space is very clean and pristine very updated the best pedicure chairs around town. They pay special attention to detail without having to advise them! I don't have to go to this nail salon and specifically asked for one person all of them do fabulous work. Did I forget to mention they have bath bombs for a pedicure spa day?!
