Thank you EZ Nails for taking me in today! I was in urgent need of a new set for my Wedding this Saturday and Tyler can thru and saved me. Thank you! Overall lovely service. Will definitely come again. Long story short I had an old set I had gotten done elsewhere and I didn't like the finish product. I was able to find this place through a recommendation from a lively lady at the Post Office!

paid $120 just for my nails to look horrible a few days later. I hated them as soon as they got done. Steve used all big gems because he was rushing. I said I was going to come back the next day to get them fixed, but every time I went in, one time w an appointment, they were "too busy" to fix them.

First time customer and definitely will be going back! I requested Emma and she made my nails look so good and she was amazing!!

I have been here before but I had not posted a review. I went yesterday and "Chi" did my nails and gave me a gel polish in my toes and she literally did everything to perfection. Chi took her time with my gel fill, she was not rough, she was not tacky, and she really repaired my nails with perfection. Chi was also very nice, and she had a really good attitude!! She also had a sense of humor and her energy was great. She designed my nails and found the color that I was looking for and I will definitely be back again she is definitely my new nail tech!!

Chi IS NO JOKE! I don't want to see anybody else, not that they aren't good but they aren't Chi! ITS CHI FOR ME!!! I lowkey didn't want to post this bc I don't like ppl finding out about my ppl and/or plugs but let me not gate keep bc I really wish someone would've told me about her 7 years ago when I first moved to Antioch. Now I won't lie, it's ain't cheap but the quality is WORTH IT! I got this set done on Jan 2nd. It's Feb 2nd, I'm about to go in for a fill when they open, and baby these nails have held on! The only reason I'm missing ONE nail and the middle finger is chipped is bc I fell while I was drunk on some bday shenanigans! Chi was very sweet and kind. The shops vibe is very welcoming. I like the seating section bc it's actually comfy. Chi listened to what I wanted, then went above and beyond my expectations. Baby these stiletto nails were so sharp I was accidentally scratching and poking myself, and my man... He'll be fine! After about a week they dulled down a little, but maintained the stiletto point. I got so many compliments and I can't wait to go back for my Navy Blue Matte and gold dip!

Makes me sad to write this review because since moving back to the area (4 months) I've been going here and have never been disappointed. Today I went in for a pedicure and full set. I usually get my fills done by the tech who sits 3rd seat from the door and with how grown out my natural nails are she suggested next time I remove them and get a fresh set. Today after my pedicure, Mia did my nails. I told her I wanted a new set and noticed she was in a rush. There was a woman behind me badgering her to do her nails next. I noticed she didn't remove my nails but just gave me a fill and shortened my extension to match my natural nail length. She was in such a rush she filed my skin a couple times and once with the electric filer - I started bleeding. No apologies. I gave her a simple design instead of my initial french tip decision and it absolutely did not look like the picture. She was just in a rush to the point where she just wanted to get to the next client regardless of how the nails looked and what I wanted. Some of the gold flakes are still exposed even after the top coat. After literally pouring the oil all over my hands and then telling me to wash my hands, I walk back to where I was sitting and she had already grabbed my phone and purse and set it to the front of the shop for me to pay. The next client was already in my seat. Word of advice, manage scheduling better. I would have waited for any other tech in the shop if it meant I'd have a tech who would take their time, not hurt me, and give me what I was looking for. Previous techs at this shop have done amazing on my nails but this time was enough for me to not come back. Scheduling a color/design change else where for tomorrow.

Ez Nails studios is by far my favorite salon in the antioch area I've tried and and I've been to a few, the nail artists here truly pay attention to detail, are very nice and always work with me on getting the end product desired, prices are very reasonable and the quality is truly amazing, always have calm music playing and even when busy they check in on you, Definitely recommend checking them out :) read more

This is the best salon I've been to around the area! Mia was so nice & patient with doing my nails and she was overall amazing person to talk to. I left here with AMAZING nails AND a friend! We got to talk and learn about each other's lives and I got to meet the owner of EZ NAILS. He was extremely nice too. I feel like they really cherish their clients and take their job very seriously. It's not just about money to them, they care about their clients. I am so happy that they used everything clean and new. I know that I am well taken care of and I felt very relaxed. They made a very good impression when I first walked in as well, they greeted me and I didn't have to wait at all. Great job MIA! I will be returning soon. read more

This review is mainly for Vanessa. I have been going to her for a year now and have followed her to three different salons now. She is Amazing! I moved to the area 3.5 years ago and after countless nail techs I finally found one I would literally follow anywhere. She takes her time, is detail oriented and has expert skill level. She is friendly and honest. Most nail techs I have gone to make me feel like I'm being taken advantage of or afraid to voice my concerns to , but she is always willing to fix what I don't like (which is not often since she rarely does something I don't like ). Thank you Vanessa for always making my nails look amazing. As far as the location itself, it's clean and super cute and trendy inside. They have an ABUNDANT color selection and offer many nail designs. The nail techs there are friendly and one even gave my daughter nail decals when she had shown interest in them. Over-all , this place is one to try out ! read more

I can't believe I paid $70 for a fill that took an hour and 40 minutes and my nails look like sh*t. They are lumpy, bumpy, and crooked. The guy doing them was shaping them with a nail file by hand? In all my years this was a first for me. He kept having to go back and fix things at one point I said, "look Just leave it, this is taking too much time. " Then Steve decides to chime in and sarcastically says , " oh yeah it's almost 5 o'clock. " It was 10:30 in the morning, I was the first appointment and still there, getting my nails hand file, a drill came out once.... I got French tips, he used no nude color, my nails are just atrocious. I wish it would have worked out with this place but it is always something. In the past they have scheduled me and had me wait an hour because they are always over booked and still accept walk ins. Do yourself a favor and don't come here, waste of time and money. read more

Awww well that was a waist of 50$ Saturday @10:30am 5/15 Top of toes incomplete and sloppy paint job, not even with color, some toes nails spots missing nail color.... but I wasn't in the mood to complain about paint on toes. Went in today Sunday 10/22 for an appointment at 10 am. Didn't get out until 12:45. Got a basic pedicure and French tip mani almond style. Ridiculous. I was so tired and annoyed of being there that I didn't check my nails until I got home. Only to see how the tips of my nails weren't painted. Never going back again! read more

Today, I am frustrated. I made an appointment for 4:30 yesterday. I arrived on time to be told my appointment is at 5:00. It's 5:06 and I'm still waiting. The last time I was here my appointment was at 4:00 pm my nail tech started on my nails at 4:45. A couple of months ago I arrived for my 4:00 appointment I was told my nail tech no longer works here. I agreed to allow another tech do my nails and I was very disappointed. There no excuse for repeat tardiness. Keep doing this to your customers you will lose them. read more

I am away from home and needed a mani padi desperately. Decided to give them a try, didn't go for my usual in case my standards were not met. Gel mani, normal pedi, my nails look like a five year old painted them ‍ I had to continue to tell them to get the corners painted, cuticles and clean the area. However, they are very nice and they do try. I will try someone else next time. read more

So glad I found this place. I have been looking for a new nail shop out here since I moved from the city. This cute little shop impressed me for sure! Steve did my nails and let me tell you I am so picky with my nails- he shaped and filled them to perfection ! He makes sure she checks his work which I appreciate bc I'm such a perfectionist . His work is amazing! Side note- he doesn't do gel polish only powder which I didn't mind. I got the luxury pedicure and Tina was great! This may be one of the best pedicures I ever had! She takes her time and doesn't rush . She paints each toes perfectly and her massages were great. Def worth the price esp if you're in the mood to treat yourself . Keep you the good work! So disappointed. I literally just got home from getting my pedicure and it's already damaged. I'm assuming they weren't dry when I left however, no one came to ensure they were dry and I was never offered a pair of those fake sandals places usually give you. I came in wearing flats so I left wearing flats. (Came straight from work otherwise this would not have been my shoe choice) Pedicure itself was super fast. Felt rushed. I'm mainly just upset I leave for vacation tomorrow and I can't make it back before they close today in order for them to fix this. So upset. :( read more

Very poor communication. The technician was on the phone thru the whole service. I wanted match my nail and Toe color and they ended up being two different colors. My nails were a dip product and couldn't be removed for color matching. The overall Experience was very disappointing and I won't go back. read more

I went here for the first time the other day. I figured, they're probably going to have reasonable prices and have good nail techs. Boy, was I wrong. They charged me $60 for a full set with no design, basic. When the checks it $60, I literally said out loud "$60? For what?" I got out of the salon looked at my nails, they're all jagged & not perfect as they should be for $60. This place is not in a good neighborhood, they don't have good prices, and from what I can tell, they have below average nail techs. I would recommend saving your money and going somewhere else. This place is horrible and I will never go here again. Are you guys going to try and get this review removed too? read more

I went in wanting the green design & ended up asking the lady doing my nails to just do it white because I had been sitting in the chair for 2 hours. During those two hours she was filing my nails & everything & we hadn't even got to the design. So by the time it got to the second hour I just asked if she could paint it all white to make things easier and so we didn't have to sit there for another hour. Also, the gel or whatever it was she used was super thick & I know it wouldn't have looked good with the design. This was a very basic set and they charged me 73 dollars (3 extra dollars if you pay with card.) As far as the customer service, everyone was super nice. But the work itself-- I was not happy & I was even more upset when I paid 70 for a very basic set & was not even what I wanted. Sadly I won't be returning. read more

I normally get a short-to-medium coffin shape because of my job, but she repeatedly insisted that a coffin shape couldn't be done at that length. I've had that shape and length many times before, so this was confusing. I also asked for an ombré design, but the final result looked completely different from what I requested. In hindsight, I should have spoken up, but I was on my way to a wedding and didn't have time to have them redone. The most concerning part was that I developed an infection on my right middle finger afterward. That was extremely disappointing and raises concerns about sanitation practices. Also my nails broke within a few days... Based on my experience, I will not be returning and cannot recommend this salon.

I'm disappointed to write this review for EZ Nails, especially after the great reviews I had read. Today was my first visit to this salon. Upon entering, I was asked what services I wanted, and I requested a gel pedicure and a full set of nails. After a short wait, I was escorted to the pedicure chair. Unfortunately, the pedicure was subpar. The technician barely scrubbed my feet and didn't clean thoroughly between my nails. I decided to overlook it and move on. Next came the nail set. After my pedicure, I waited in the chair until a technician approached to confirm my request for a full set of almond-shaped, nude pink nails. Despite my clear instructions, the technician seemed rushed from the start. He repeatedly left my station to attend to other tasks, which significantly delayed the process. It took over an hour to complete my nails, and the end result was unsatisfactory. Throughout this, there was no apology for the interruptions or the poor service. If the salon couldn't dedicate the necessary time for my appointment, they should have informed me so I could take my business elsewhere. Overall, this was a frustrating experience. I paid a considerable amount for poorly executed services. I do not recommend EZ Nails. read more

I am absolutely flabbergasted at how much I love this place I've been to places all over Concord, Antioch, Walnut Creek, Brentwood etc.! The ambience of their space is very clean and pristine very updated the best pedicure chairs around town. They pay special attention to detail without having to advise them! I don't have to go to this nail salon and specifically asked for one person all of them do fabulous work. Did I forget to mention they have bath bombs for a pedicure spa day?!
