My car broke down in the middle of the 580. After calling numerous tow companies in the area, the only one available was George. The man was quick, polite, and very professional. The worst part is that it was during heavy rush hour traffic. I was able to get moved to the shoulder all before the highway patrol showed up. My Dad and brother had an accident with my Dads truck, bad enough they were left on the side of the road for 6 hours. His Insurance Allstate would not set up a tow, so Crash Champions was nice enough to help set one up. My Dad is disabled and diabetic, so being out on the road for that long was exhausting and dangerous as it is. After waiting in their vehicle for hours, a driver shows up George was not friendly at all. He almost did not want to tow his truck due to the RF wheel had come off and was under the truck. He was originally quoted 135.00, but since the wheel was gone he charged me 200.00 via Zelle, he did not want to take my dad's credit card for payment. After this whole ordeal he ended up towing the truck to the shop, once he arrived to drop off the truck my dad forgot to leave the key. An honest mistake and the driver called my dad yelling at him to get the keys down to the shop and for him forgetting to leave the keys he was going to change him more. He then told my dad he didn't know why he was towing a piece of sh*t truck that was a total anyway. Is this the way you treat your customers? How would you feel if this was your dad? I would never recommend this place to anyone, no compassion whatsoever. Who knows he may have even pocketed my money I sent him. Not a happy customer we told our insurance company that it was two people in the vehicle ,cause we had a tire blow out , when the tow truck arrived we were told that only one person can ride my husband had to walk about 6 Mile 5 min away to the tire place only to find out when he got there they didn't have our tire size, so we had to call our insurance company again and wait for over an hour for another towing company to come and go to another tire place. No communication between insurance company & towing company. Will be complaining to my insurance company also. read more

The app told me he would be here in 16 mins 45 mins later I call only to be told he never told me he would be there by 140 the app did and that has nothing to do with him. Have you ever wanted to wait in the side of 680 for hours with a kindergartener only to call and check on the dispatched tow truck driver and have him scream at you to "F#©& OFF!"??? If so, then this is a company for you!!! It's not for me. Farmers insurance roadside service was atrocious, and this company that's contacted with them deserves the karma mentioned in the other review. Farmers is well aware of what happened. Maybe get a new driver, owner, or admit your wrongs and stay out on a better path. I truly feel bad for the bad day he must have been having. I hope and wish the best for him. Great experience today with John from EZ Tow! We have Safeco Insurance and my car wouldn't start up. I called the roadside assistance number and immediately connected with someone who said assistance was on the way. I was texted a number that I could use to track my tow truck moments later. John then called me to say he would be arriving in 30 minutes. He arrived about 20 minutes later. Unfortunately, he wasn't able to jump start my car as it was clear something else was going on. John then took my kids and me to our home and went back to where my car was stalled and attempted to tow it. Since I was parked in a busy parking lot, he wasn't able to get it onto the flatbed. He called to let me know that he would return to the parking lot later today in the hopes the lot was less crowded. Several hours later he called to say he was able to get my car onto his truck and was more than happy to drop it off at my house or at the repair shop that I use. Excellent communication and he was super friendly and patient with my kids and me throughout this ordeal. read more

Worst tow company ever! After giving me a text with a 2 hour window for a tow and then I spoke with the tow driver he told me he could get there in 15 min for a good tip $100 I told him I didn't have any money on me and he came out anyway after telling me how busy that he was. I told him the tow place was 15 min away it would be a quick tow. Some ahole came out started hooking up my car and pulling it up onto his flat bed truck oh I was on 680 freeway, the side of the freeway then he decided he wasn't going to make enough money after my husband showed up to give me a ride to the dealership. So he proceeded to tell me the tow was cancelled started backing up my car and taking it off of his truck leaving me in the center of the the emergency lane instead of me being further over and away from traffic. Told me I needed to call my roadside company the whole time I'm on the phone trying to get a hold of someone and this guy doesn't wait he just unhooks my car and speeds away. What kind of sinister crap was this guy planning, what if my husband never showed up? What a scumbag. Everything was approved before he was even dispatched to my location. Don't trust this company. Unreliable, untrustworthy, shameful. And the fact that you have tow truck drivers available and still give a 2 hour window but can show up in 15 min doesn't say much for you or your company's work ethic or standards. Karma is a bitch and I can't wait for the universe to set things right with this jerk. Oh I forgot to mention my daughter was with me too. He just left us there. read more
