Not to mention affordable too! They weren't rude or sounded disgruntled like most tow truck places but incredibly friendly the whole way through! They were able to pick me up, tow my car to the nearest tire repair shop and the ride along the way was cool! My driver was Derek who was chill yet super helpful the entire time. And he took great care of my car in transporting it and lifting it onto and off of the truck. And they didn't drag my car either! They used an actual flat bed tow truck which I totally appreciate! They offered the best price and the best service and if I am ever in this unfortunate situation a next time I will for sure call these guys!

My Mustang was towed to this place because of an expired tag. It hadn't been driven for quite a…read morewhile, so I hadn't registered it. My husband had passed away and things were very tight at the time. A friend had gotten it running and drove it home to Livermore to make additional repairs. It was parked on private property behind a truck. The truck needed out so the Mustang was pulled out, the truck moved and the Mustang was going back into the driveway, when Livermore PD caught it moving on the street. It seemed like they were sitting there waiting! Anyway, First St Tow hooked it up and took it away about 9:00pm. The crappy part was that they charged a whole day storage for 2 hours! That is ridiculous!! I am a disabled senior citizen and funds can get really tight! We went to get it, but the only employee was out doing another tow, so we had to wait over an hour. The driver got back after 5:00, and even though we had been waiting since BEFORE he left, they closed and charged us another day storage! What an absolute rip-off!!! And certainly the absolute worst customer service to be found! Try anyplace else but this place!!!

When we got to America's tire we found out that he hit the top of t my car against the garage opening. The driver was new and took responsibility (good kid). I gave him the estimate of the place he asked me to take it to. Even though I took it to his car shop (right next to his shop), the manager low balled an offer to fix my car and not report it to AAA and insurance, I said no I just want my car fixed. He raised his price a bit and wanted me to ensure I don't report it. It didn't sound ethical so I said no. He called me a couple of days later and said he spoke with the owner and they decided to send it to their insurance company. At the end my car was fixed along with rental fees. Unprofessional and unethical. Reported them to AAA.
