EZ Vans wanted all the money for the Party Bus we wanted to book in cash a week before the day of the actual event. What keeps the company from just not showing up if we pay them before. I u understand placing security deposits and gratuities before hand, but it sounded like they just wanted to scam a bunch of high schoolers on their Prom night. Do not recommend. I've booked with several other party bus services and never have I ever had to pay them all the money in advance in cash. I am being threatened to be sued by EZ vans because of this comment I'm attaching our email exchanges where I ask EZ Vans questions and at first, they do not answer any of them. As you can see the contact I had with them was just about under 24 hours. I was not holding the bus trying to screw their company over. I was waiting for my questions to be answered so I could make an informed decision on whether I wanted to book with EZ Vans. In my opinion, they sounded a bit unprofessional and weirdly different than any other company i've booked with, so I inevitably decided to not book with them. read more

Was emailing Azy, was trying to get a party bus AND limo booked but he never responded back to my emails. He wanted every detail of the hotel and every drop off. The event is 7 months in advance and I don't have that info just yet as its for a wedding and there may have been numerous drop offs. Just quote me for the city that its in for now and we can talk details closer to the date and you can charge me accordingly - it's not that hard. You just lost a customer. UPDATE: in response to Azys obvious upset response. He forgot to mention the following: 1) that I was happy to pay for the full amount although we only needed 2 hours 2) that he took 11 days to respond back to me 3) he also mentioned that he was going to have prom bookings that day and that they are going to be busy although he hasn't had any bookings for prom yet - so why mention that to a potential customer???? Azy, you have a few 1 stars for a reason. Maybe having better customer service might be in your best interest. read more

Poor customer service in my opinion. Feels weird asking for 100% cash deposit and to not see their office assuming they have one. Also their emails aren't very professional when dealing with customers who end up choosing not to go with their business. I was paying for a portion of the service being offered but chose not to. Ray and EZ Vans saved the day!! I had made a reservation with another company two weeks ago to get my family of six from LAX to our home in Irvine after a new year's vacation. After I arrived in Houston from an 11 hour flight from Frankfurt I saw an email that the company I had the reservation with had canceled at the last minute. I had a 90 minute layover to find last minute transportation for my family and all of our luggage. Ray was my first and only call. He had us set up in 15 minutes even though he had to partner with another company. He did not need to go the extra mile. Fantastic service. Stayed in touch the whole time via text, telephone, and email. When we arrived at LAX the driver had already texted and was curbside at the terminal within 7 minutes s of us getting our luggage. I needed to get a party bus 4 days before prom for 50 kids!!! Every place I called was booked. I called places in OC, LA and San Diego, nothing available. I talked to Ray and miraculously he was able to get us two buses to take the kids to the prom. I would use EZ Vans anytime, they saved the day. The driver John was great as well! As I have said before, this is the perfect company for the amateur trip planner. I wanted to take 50-60 friends on an annual bus trip to Dodger Stadium. If I could give this company negative stars, I would. I am completely appalled with their costumer service. I made a reservation for a Party Bus for Prom and I was told that I would meet with Azy and Ray two week in advance to pay them 100% of the money in CASH. Now, this seemed a little suspicious, yet I'd read such great reviews I decided to give them a chance and I'd take my father with me to the meeting just to make sure I wasn't being scammed. A few days before the meeting I found out that the doors for Prom closed at a certain time, 8:30, and we would not be let in after, so the time that was originally arranged for pick up 7:45 was too late. So, the day of the meeting, might I add they did not have an office and we met at a Peets Coffee which seemed unprofessional, my father and I arrived a few minutes early, they were late. Upon arrival Azy and Ray brought what seemed to be a friend that sat with them, which was very strange. We explained that we needed to have a time change in order for the Bus to workout and automatically Ray got very aggressive with my father and every time Azy tried to speak Ray would snap at her and tell her to be quiet. My father simply said if they couldn't make the time is was okay and we could call the school on Monday (since we met on a Saturday and the school wouldn't be open until Monday) and see if we could arrange something with the school to allow us in past 8:30. Ray was very hostile and saying he couldn't hold bus for us anymore. We said we understood and we would find another company that would work with our schedule. So, when we got home we called to have the reservation with Ez Vans officially canceled and after canceling I received an extremely unnecessary, rude email from Ray that completely shocked me. I wanted to attach a screen shot of the email I'm not sure how, yet to basically give a summary he was getting angry, blaming me for losing him "a lot of money". It's completely inappropriate for a company to send an angry email to a person simply because their schedules did not line up. And to put into perspective on the reservation contract, it stated cancelation had to be done 5 days before, we canceled 2 weeks before, so it is not as if we were canceling late. I do NOT recommend this company to anyone. I have planned various Party Buses in the past and this is the only company were I've experienced such awful service. read more

We had the best service for my event. The 14 pax was perfect! It was clean, smelled good, super comfy and GREAT!! Our driver was really nice, smiling all the time like he actually like his job. He texted me giving me his cell# so I could text him if I needed anything or a different pick up time at each stop we had planned for the evening. Our company has used EZ Vans for over a year several times per month for groups of between 14 and 30 and used both the smaller size vans and the larger busses. I can't say enough about this company - they have been easy to work with, always show up and the vans and busses are always clean and the drivers pleasant. With large groups of young adults with special needs going to various events we need drivers with consistency and with a heart! EZ Vans have proven both over the course of the year. We only had two issues in all this time. One time the larger bus was not available due to scheduled maintenance but they sent two of the smaller 14 passenger ones instead without question and one time we had a billing issue but Ray went back through all of our payments, found where a payment was made twice and immediately credited back the amount to the next order. Their prices are reasonable in comparison to other companies we researched so we are very happy with both Azy, Ray and the drivers we have come to know over the year. read more
