Shattered my screen and had to find someone to fix it immediately. Texas cellular was able to handle it within the next hour!

The place has changed and depending upon the service that one needs and communication, timing.

I took my personal laptop here to have the keyboard replaced and I never received a call to come and pick it up after being told that a part for the laptop needed to be ordered because they didn't carry it in store. supposedly the person that I dropped my laptop off to took down the wrong phone number so they hadn't been contacting me the entire time the laptop had been in their possession they also put down a family members name who lives in an entirely different state instead of mine (the owner of said laptop). I was told that they "Recycle" items after 60 days and are not held liable due to their policy. I am frantic out of my mind I am a writer who has been writing my entire manuscript on that laptop. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone 0/10. Be cautious this place will steal your property and sell it. read more

Please please please don't go here. I'm not sure if this place is janky or just plain incompetent. My son took his phone in here to have the glass replaced. The guy who was working on the phone "left for the day" after telling us it would be done quickly. Then after getting it back, the charger port was broken. They offered to fix it for $100 when they're the ones that broke it. Please please don't go here. read more

My experience with this place has been a crazy roller-coaster. I brought my iphone for a battery replacement and when I came to pick it up I noticed the battery health statistics were the same. I asked the lady why and she offered to take another look. I agreed and left. This was when things just went out of control. I get a text later saying my touch screen isn't working anymore and that it "wasn't their fault". They offered to fix it for a fee and said it would take a few days as it would need to go to their warehouse. At that point I didn't have any other choice so I agreed. Fast forward one week they tell me that they couldn't fix it. What made it worse was the young lady who called told me to come pick it up and offered no other resolution. Keep in mind I had already paid for the battery replacement. In a span of a week my phone went from a slightly weak battery (80%) to a paperweight! I was so furious I went to the store to speak to them in person and that's when she calls Stacy who I spoke to over the phone. She was way more compassionate and sincere. Assured me that something would work out but will need to wait until Monday when the manager is back. Monday, I go in and speak to Sean. Explains to me the situation and that they were going to have another tech look at it. One day later, and it's fixed. I'm happy to have my phone back working but I cannot recommend this place for phone repairs after all the stress I went through. read more

I dropped off my 3 week old tablet that my daughter uses fur school to fix a cracked screen. I brought it home and it wouldn't turn on. Took it back it's been 7 days I call one of the women didn't even let me talk. Almost every day I called they said it would be ready by the end of the day or tomorrow. So I've been with out my tablet for almost 2 and a half weeks. The screen also had all kind of glue around it. I would never use this place again. Poor service. And poor costumer service read more

This place is amazing. So much better than Dr. Cell phone in Sugarland. (This isn't a paid promotion or anything, just a real customer with real experience). Anyways, we went before and they charged way more to fix a broken screen. At this place they charged way less and fixed a few other things for at least $75 less. We brought in an iPhone that is literally broken in half and won't turn on. And they somehow managed to fix it and it looks like new!!! Completely mind blown and super impressed. They fixed a few other things too at a decent price. Definitely going back when we have another phone mishap . read more

Affordable and quick fixes! Didn't rate a 5 because my face camera stopped working after they replaced my screen. When I went back, he reattached the part to make my camera work again. After a week, it stopped working again and now I can't hear calls unless it's on speaker. I think they fix it correctly but the cords/ports inside aren't secure enough so they come loose. read more

DONT COME HERE! Worst service. They'll break your phone. DONT BRING YOUR PHONE HERE. I brought my phone and they completely destroyed it. Unprofessional and extremely rude... they need to learn etiquette. The staff asked me to post a positive review and that they would give me a discount on a screen protector for the iPhone. This is completely ILLEGAL and upsetting that they would try and fraud/bride customers. These good reviews are all FAKE. Someone needs to make this right. Businesses like this need to be Responsible for this kind of customer abuse. read more

If you would like to pay for a service you won't receive, then this is the place for you!! Came here for an iPhone battery replacement. Picked up the phone and it seemed to be working well. After one phone call the new battery was drained to zero percent. When asking to speak the manager about a refund the clerk gave us the run around. He then told us that we would not be given a refund because he completed the service even though the new battery was faulty. We then had to wait a few hours for him to return to put another batteryin the phone. He then argued with us about not being able to guarantee a well working battery. Save yourself some time and go elsewhere! read more

They repair my phone, but within 2 weeks, light started coming from the bottom. The screen separated from the base. I took it back for repair. They claim I wasn't in the system but yet, she called me my name and refuse to honor the warranty. I asked, how she knew my name, by looking up my number, if I wasn't in the system. She just kept saying, I wasn't in the system. Please don't go there. Maybe they fix it right, but maybe not, they won't honor their warranty. read more

I wanted to buy a new smart phone. So I went here and got one. The price was $120 (T-MOBILE zte v768 ). I also needed a case and screen protector. The case was $5 and the screen protector $10 (For one screen protector only). After I purchased the phone and accessories I called my brother to inform him that I got a new phone. He looked on amazon and found the same phone (new) for $80 , 5 screen protectors for $4 and a case for $3. I came back and asked for a refund because I felt I was cheated. But they only give store credit.The owner said he wanted to work with me and gave me the phone for $90. He refunded $30 after some haggling. I asked about the screen protector and he said that It was high quality compared to the China made ones online. He also also gave me a USB data cable for my phone (which should have already come with the new phone) and a car charger. The receipt that I got does not say that the phone is 'NEW' which I expected because they took it out of the box and displayed it in the shelves. Bottom line is if you are going to buy a phone then check internet priced first so you can haggle with the salesman. DO NOT BUY A SCREEN PROTECTOR FROM THEM.
