I've purchased all my kitchen appliances and 2 Bidet toilets over the years. They have a great showroom and I wanted to give them MORE business just this week but Marissa never, NEVER calls back. I chose the extended warranty as I had spent a great sum on the Wolf/Subzero package that included a total of 7 appliances. The extended warranty offer was the deciding factor as to why I purchased this particular package. The appliances came in staggered, with some taking well over a YEAR to arrive. Of course they blamed in on the manufacturer and Covid. Upon arrival and install, the installation "professionals" at First Coast Supply damaged my brand new custom cabinets. I had to have them repainted. Then, when it came time to ensure that I had indeed received my extended warranty, I learned that I did not have the extended warranty as agreed due to not "selecting" this and filling out some form. This was the first I heard of it and I certainly never received the form. First Coast supply had over a year to inform me of this and never did. First Coast Supply has essentially placed the blame on me and is refusing to do anything about the situation. Their response is "we cannot do anything about it." Some much for customer service. This is the second full kitchen appliance package I have purchased from First Coast Supply. I would highly recommend avoiding this business for any of your needs. They are happy to take your money and then when they make a mistake, they blame it on the customer and refuse to make it right. Don't make the same mistake that I did.

I had purchased a brand new G.E. refrigerator that was supposed to be a garage ready refrigerator. I purchased the refrigerator in December 2026. While using it for the last 4 months I did not realize at the time that my purchase was actually the wrong model and that it was not a garage ready refrigerator. I didnt realize because it was still cold in my garage so I didnt see any issues at the time. Now the weather has changed and my garage is hot so I was seeing how my refrigerator was struggling to stay cold inside. I own a micro bakery and I use it for many loads of sourdough bread. I called appliance 4 less and told them that I had looked up my refrigerator and that the one they sold me was not the one I had requested. I told them that on purchase I stated that I needed to have and only wanted a garage ready refrigerator. The kind woman did not argue with me and tried to help me. She looked to find me a garage ready refrigerator and told me they did not have one. The customer service I received was amazing especially in today's time you really dont find good customer service anymore but you do here. Because she couldn't find a refrigerator that I needed she offered to refund my money even with it being 5 months that I did use it. I was so surprised and honestly I expected to have many arguments and needing to get my credit card company involved but I didnt have to. I can say this company truly gives the best service its starts from the minute you walk in the door. I even got a free warranty on the refrigerator which was amazing. So if you are looking for an appliance I would not go anywhere else. This is the second purchase that I had made with Appliance 4 less and if I ever need or have someone I know that needs an appliance I will always tell people give appliance 4 less a chance. They might not always have what you need but if they do I would purchase the appliance at appliance 4 less because you won't regret it. Thank you appliance 4 less im sorry my purchase didnt work out. She is an example of an owner who cares about her customers satisfaction even at her own discomfort! I'm impressed and recommend anyone to stop in and see what they have!

Surprise... no one called back. So this business is so busy they don't care whether you buy from them or not. This is why it's hard to " buy local". As a business owner myself, I would never treat an inquiry as an " inconvenience". Not only did you lose the sale of 1 Speed Queen but we had intentions of buying more for our rentals.

All of our appliances are from Setzer's- GE washer & dryer, Samsung refrigerator, KitchenAid…read moremicrowave and Viking Doubke French Cafe Oven, cooktop and dishwasher - all ordered installed during the pandemic which due to supply chain delays was a challenge to everyone. But Setzer's staff worked hard to keep us advised, get the manufacturer to deliver our appliances as quickly as possible and install the appliances quickly once they arrived at Setzers. A special shout-out to Candy who answered our many calls and got us to the right person, Jason who tirelessly reached-out to Viking to track the progress of our double oven and Mr Setzer himself for hiring the best installation team to install what we now call the beast - which if you look at the photos you will see an amazing Double Oven with Cafe doors that had to be lifted with a special jack it is so heavy and solid. The installers did an amazing job! Our kitchen is beautiful because of the amazing appliances the Setzers tram helped us install. The Samsun refrigerator is so versatile- it has 4 doors making it especially easy to slide bins and shelves out of the lower freezer - especially nice if anyone in your home is challenged by mobility issues. An added plus is the ability to switch one or both of the bottom sections from freezer to refrigerator if like many families you need more refrigerator space but keep a garage freezer close and handy. As the pandemic continues to make Appliance availability challenging we just want to thank the Setzer family for working so hard to make our kitchen remodel so beautiful. Hired Pratt Guys 5 years ago during the building boom. Contracted for a pool enclosure and an…read moreoutdoor kitchen. In the course of the project, contracted in November, completed in May, I discerned that Pratt Guys is a GC in name only. Third parties performed all the work, and the Pratt Guys project managers displayed a woeful lack of equipment and management knowledge. Sub contractors worked on the project as their schedules permitted which resulted in a disjointed integration of the equipment and supporting stonework. In the five years we've had our kitchen, only the pool enclosure has been worth the cost. My Primo grill was installed without proper hardware, the plumbing was not adequate to support the outdoor sink and ice maker, and the electrical work was shoddy at best , and has required repeated attention. The stonework did not support the granite slabs adequately, and the granite cracked. Additionally, I've had to replace the sink pump and the ice maker. The gas grill and the separate large gas burner have yet to fail, but I'm keeping my fingers crossed. My apologies for not being able to post photos of the shattered Primo, granite cracks, etc.
